The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

Dieser Ort war erstaunlich, Gastgeber sehr nett und gut. Wir kommen alle 12 Pax, sie behandeln uns wie Familie. Alle von uns sind zufrieden. Das ganze Haus ist sauber, die Toilette ist sehr sauber und gut und voraus! Der Gastgeber wird Ihnen alles sagen, der Gastgeber bereitet einen Wagen für uns aus Harbin Stadt, und bereitet einen Wagen auch für uns gehen in die Schneestadt, und auch von Schneestadt zurück in Harbin Stadt. Alle sind gut vorbereitet. ( muss nur Geld alles in alipay/tng Ewallet) Host bereitet Frühstück Porridge und Pau und Eier (easy for our as Muslim to eat) Der Gastgeber begleitet auch unsere Berge, um Aktivitäten zu machen. Prepareu uns ein Feuerwerk und Musik in der Nacht. Auch Mahjong Tisch haben wir es geliebt! 5 Sterne für Sie und Familie. Останавливались в этой гостинице на 3 ночи, все как было в описании, хозяйка Нина приветливая, даже сменила нам номер на более большой с одной двуспальной кроватью и одной одноместной, хотя мы жили вдвоем с мужем) На следующий день приехали гости, тоже всех хорошо устроили. Номер чистый, теплый, окна выходили на пешеходную улицу на банк. Персонал вежливый, всегда помогут, заказывали у Нины массаж вечером, приехали очень быстро) Расположение гостиницы очень удобное, рядом пешеходная улица и ХуаФу, куча кафешек, дойти куда нужно возможно даже пешком, что мы и делали) В следующий раз обязательно вернемся к вам

Best homestay experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Owner 小谢 discussed and planned my itinerary even before 2 months before my arrival. At that point of time, my China payment mode was not set up; we basically worked based on trust. His wife's cooking is delicious!! We have every meal there. We also had good chat. Driver 小赵 drives well and is very caring. He kept making sure we had enough to keep ourselves warm whenever we alight. Overall, this is really a good place to stay; with really good people. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring. Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Would I recommend this place? Certainly,yes!

The host was warm and helpful, always asking where I wanted to go and driving us there. Since i were alone, the host may not have realized that i needed breakfast, so i should have asked first. However, overall, the host was kind and provided me with the best advice. Thank you.

Sehr gut!! Schöne Chefinnen und alle Mitarbeiter sind super enthusiastisch ❤❤❤❤❤❤ bewegt! Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Einrichtungen sind komplett. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass es auch Notfalltaschen im Zimmer gibt, ein einziges Regenjacken für den Regen vorzubeugen, Schleifen, warm und auch Notfallschrank!! Superbenutzer! Im Hof gibt es einen kostenlosen Fischpool, der Garten ist gepflegt... Sie können auch selbst kochen und kochen...Der Garten der Kinder, die Sie selbst kochen mögen!!!!

The best host in my trip!! Very helpful with all our inquiries, would try to find the best solutions to our problems, and provided almost everything we need!! They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want. The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!! The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats. Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!
