There are a few surprising things about this hotel my wife went to last week for work. The first is that on booking. com it is registered as a three-star hotel. Services: I wish I could rate the services but I couldn't try any of them, the worst thing is that it is impossible to get a response to a phone call or email. We traveled for work and tried contacting them by phone and also via chat saying we would be arriving after 9pm but not a single phone call was answered. (ps. please note that it is said that check-in is not possible after 10pm, so it should mean that earlier is possible, it is also written that you can pay for the room by 10:15pm, so you should expect to meet someone at the reception at that time). Aesthetics: at least from the common parts (which were the only ones we could see) it looks more like a re-education institute than a hotel, strongly not recommended. Tip: you work in hospitality and with travelers, which requires two things: being helpful and being courteous. No one at this establishment is up to the mark given that it is impossible to communicate with them by email or telephone and that after a nightmare spent thanks to them (we were even inspected by the police) they did not refund our rooms. Ps. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for families, as when we arrived there was a dad looking for hot water for his newborn baby, but no one was there to help him
