I will recommend The Golden plaza hotel & Spa. Best hotel for stay with family & Mr. Anish had been very cooperative & co-ordinated room for my family as per my requirement . Variety of food served healthy. Rooms are very clean and tidy with peaceful environment.

Very unfriendly and rude front office staff despite request they didn’t give us a double bed they gave us twin bed and worst part didn’t even give a double bed quilt instead gave 2 single bed quilts rooms had no cross ventilation very choking rooms

It’s a beautiful property. Nice rooms very comfortable. Special thanks to Mr Anish. Will visit again. Must try their spa sessions also. Staff is sincere and very positive. Food is also nice. Heads up👍

Worst ever hotel seen in my life. Small rooms, bad food, no variety in buffet, doesn't allow visitors in room, rude staff specially ***agerial level, bad furniture, unsympathetic towards women, selfish and greedy ***agement

I am comfortable. I like thr food, the hotel service and all other services. The room is so clean that i got refreshed sleep. The hotel surrounding environment is good. The hotel staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. F&b ***ager Mr. Nikil Thakur was very helpful.

The staff is most friendly, they help you when you arrive with your luggage and give you tea and water. They helped us out with everything. Also the food is really great in here. The bed was very clean and comfortable. We had fresh towels and water and tea in our bedroom. The ***ager of the hotel was always ready to help us.

Very spacious room… and very comfortable stay. In mid of Tri- City.. u can travel in three cities in very less time. Staff and service is very good.. I would like to specially thanks Mr. Aneesh (Hotel ***ager) for their prompt responses and providing good services.

Nice hotel, nice staff and it was good stay at hotel. Food was good as well and breakfast has variety to serve with and I had 01 dinner and that was excellent. Spacious rooms and comfortable stay. Price are also economical.
