5-Sterne-Hotels in Zhangzhou

過年住的最舒服的一晚，年初六價格比平日稍貴！酒店過年氛圍拉滿！自助早餐很豐盛，味道不錯。酒店有些年份了，但房間還是很舒服，衞生滿分，還有浴缸泡個澡放鬆旅途太愜意了！美中不足的是花灑🚿不太好使，其他的都很滿意！前台小姐姐給小朋友送了新年小禮品！還有晚安🥛牛奶！很貼心！

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

Crown Plaza in Zhangzhou is an incredible place to stay .  Resevation manager Cynthia were very helpful and courteous so overall check-in process was so smooth and quick. The room was as promised that 's very large and spacious. especially the bed was very firm . Besides, the restaurant on-site was amazing for breakfast. I am very happy with the stay and will be back again!

Sehr nahe der Altstadt, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen, nicht zu Fuß zu gehen, es gibt einen gemeinsamen Zug außerhalb des Hotels, es ist sehr bequem zu fahren, jeden Tag haben wir Gastfrucht, sehr erstaunlich. Aber am nächsten Nachmittag, nachdem wir die alte Stadt zurückgeholt hatten, fand ich, dass es 2 Taschen Rauch auf dem Tisch gelegt hatte. Es ist merkwürdig, dass ich es nicht beachten wollte. Am nächsten Tag muss ich aus dem Haus gehen und die Zigarette abholen und die Tafel fragen. Wenn wir nicht nach unten fragen, dann nehmen wir die Zigarette wieder ab, und wir werden ohne Beweise sterben!

Das Zimmer ist groß, obwohl alt, aber es kann immer noch sehen, dass das Material, das bei der Dekoration verwendet wird, gut ist. Die Landschaft ist gut, die Gegenseite ist die Wellen- und Türen, die Person fühlt sich als die beste Lage der Tür-Nacht-Szene (Flugzeug ohne Menschen) und kann morgens den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Es gibt wenig Personal, aber der Service ist noch behutsam. Das chinesische Restaurant ist auch gut. In der Nähe ist die High-New Industrial Zone, der Hafen von Huangzhou und die neue Gebäude mit niedriger Aufenthaltsrate, sehr ruhig. Das Meeresbodengrassgebiet gehört möglicherweise nicht zum Hotelmanagement, sondern ist schmutzig. Im Allgemeinen ist es sehr komfortabel zu leben.

總體感覺非常好，環境很乾凈，房間大，服務周到，所有服務員都很有禮貌。親子間有玩具，小朋友特別開心，房間也有小朋友的沙發，很貼心；餐廳也有玩的地方，有帶小朋友的話，這個酒店是首選。雖然樓層低，但是周邊也都是酒店範圍，很安靜；停車也很方便。

Der Parkplatz ist sehr groß, das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß und sehr komfortabel. Der Urlaub hat im Grunde keinen Preisanstieg. Es ist wirklich großartig. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr groß, so dass wir nach einem Tag wohnen und zwei Tage an einem anderen Ort spielen und wieder einen Tag wohnen. Zhou ist ein guter Ort und es gibt viele Spaßplätze, das nächste Mal wählen Sie hier.

Sehr gutes Hotel, die Umgebung ist sehr schön, geeignet für Familien zu Urlaub kommen, ein-Station-Service ist großartig, das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Einrichtungen sind sehr komplett mit privaten Kinos, Schloss, Meeresbahnhof und Pool, und Sie können am Pool am Abend einen Grill essen und Filme beobachten, Hören Sie Musik, genießen Sie es sehr, es lohnt sich zu empfehlen.

經常去住，價格合理，雖然年悠久了些，衛生條件很乾凈整潔，周邊也很方便，主要是酒店的餐飲也很和口味，不錯👍

Wir sind gerade eingereist, wir sind vom 18. Stock zurückgegangen, die Kamera ist zu schlecht. Am 12.00 Uhr kann ich auch die Klangschallpegel hören. Die Klimaanlage ist super groß, wie ein leistungsstarker Ausflugventil, wie es auch Teile in den Ausflugventil fallen, die ganze Nacht schlägt, Sehr guter Service reflektiert, außer Entschuldigung, es gibt keine Maßnahmen, es ist ein Markenhotel, und das Gefühl der Erfahrung ist zu schlecht.
