Sercotel Plaza Feria

El hotel está bien, el típico hotel ejecutivo sin más. Lo que no me gustó del hotel es su mala insonorización, se escuchan los ruidos de la habitación de al lado, del pasillo y del exterior. Por eso lo he puntuado bajo, lo que más me gustó y por eso lo elegimos es porque hay parking y es gratis.

Clean room, comfortable bed, but dont expect anything more. Basic hotel, does the job, and nothing remarkable.

I dont think this is a 4 stars Hotel Single bad slides down when when u try to lean on a wall to watch TV (small TV) No ice machine or soda machine , bathroom needs renovation, sink is small and water is blocked in it. I mean the hotel is decent but its missleadingn to rate it at 4 stars

perfect if just passing through town and need a free and safe place to park. Property just off the highway and next to airport. Fine for one night. The staff at check in and check out were friendly (and fluent in English for me). My only complaint was the Air Con was not working during my stay (November) as it was turned off for the season. Had to sleep with window open thus lots of noise from the train and highway. Property is clean. I did not use the dining facilities.

Very dreary room with non existing air conditioning. Too hot to sleep. I had a mixed salad for dinner is was warm and really poorly presented, on the strength of that skipped breakfast.

This is a curious hotel. It claims 4 stars but is more of a functional transient business hotel run with minimum staff and an aversion to the cost of maintenance. The appearance looks a first modern minimalist which is good. However, on closer inspection, the signs of lack of inves**ent begin to show. The hotel is situated in a very open space surrounded on one side by a container truck holding point and on the other by a currently closed (almost abandoned commercial shopping centre). It was like it had been placed in a wind tunnel and the strength and speed of the wind had to be felt to be believed. The reception was fine and the staff friendly and professional. We had two rooms to cater for 2 parents and 2 adolescents. We had to get instruction on using the air conditioner which functioned in just one room. On request a member of staff came to the room and, after accepting the airconditioner did not work, suggested we leave a window open. Remember the wind and this is a 4 star hotel. She then suggested we move to a new room which was fine. A storm raged all night so we were glad of the closed windows. The rooms appeared clean but lacked maintenance. In the new room, the bathroom shaving light did not work. All the wood at the base of the bathroom appeared damaged from water. The breakfast the following morning was okay but not with extensive choice (to the disappoin**ent of the kids). My rule of thumb for good breakfast is always the coffee and this one, from a machine, was only lower than average coffee. On checkout, we discovered that we were required to pay for two breakfast as, according to the staff, the default *********** system does not automatically assume a breakfast with the second room when you book for four event though the order criteria stated breakfast included. Overall, the hotel was fine, not cheap, slept alright, ate okay and we moved on.
