The hotel here has spacious rooms with Japanese futons to sleep on. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff provides good explanations. The onsen here is very large and has many pools. The lounge provides clean services twice a day. In the evening, there is unlimited wine, beer, and snacks. Breakfast is good, with a wide selection and delicious. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to stay here again. I would like to recommend this hotel

I book this hotel becasue it is Mercure. It is totally disappointed. I got the room is 7th floor. I think room 737. The room is old, everything in the room need to be replace, old wallpaper, old refrigerator, chair with the torn upholstery, old small bed (I don't know where it is in the room) I asked to change the room, but they said the hotel is fully booked. Otherwise, I need to upgrade to better room. I ended up paying 4000 yen to upgrade, the room is a bit better but not by much. I have no choice. Cant stay in the old room. It trully doesn't live up to standard of brand Mercure. The laundry room is like old abandoned laundry shop with many washing machine is out of order. For alcoholic drinker, there is a happy hour where you can have free flow of alcoholic drink for free. I don't drink so it doesn't matter to me.

Great hotel, lovely onsen although no tattoos allowed but they sell cover up stickers at the front desk.

I recommended you go by car as it is more convenient. There are tourist places near hotel. They have a good onsen.

揀呢間酒店係因為近機場 一落機唔方便你咁遠 第一站就去呢度住一晚 獄王溫泉池路上嘅第一站 酒店好大 有大量泊車位 酒店有一定歷史 但係門口翻新咗都好靚 不過lift同埋樓層嘅房就唔算好新淨 溫泉都係正常發揮 食嘢反而有驚喜 自助餐形式但比較多日本嘢食
