Really like that our room didn’t have rugs . Was very quite and simple.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, Breakfast not too much variety. Not good to key in password after 6pm in order to get into the premise. Some how will create in convenience if we forgotten password as not able to speak even we call.

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato eccellente. L’albergo è situato vicino al Santuario e alla grotta e la fermata dell’autobus, a pochi passi dallo stesso, permette di raggiungere le attrattive che Lourdes offre. Gentilezza e cortesia contraddistingue il personale addetto alla reception. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare presso questo appart’hotel, che mette a disposizione un angolo cottura , posto all’Interno della camera, che si presenta pulita e luminosa. Spero di ritornare presto. Ringrazio il personale che ha esaudito le nostre richieste.

Just excellent. Location great. Easy check in even though the reception was closed at that time on a Sunday. The room was large, clean and the bed comfortable. We were travelling with our 2 dogs - the hotel is pet friendly. We will stay here again on every future trip to Lourdes

We had very nice stay. Super friendly, welcoming, willing to help staff. The studio was very comfortable and spacious. We could find everything we needed. There is free parking across the street and also beside the hotel. The location is perfect to visit the Sanctuary and other attractions in Lourdes. Highly recommended.

Zenitude Hôtel - Résidences was wonderful.The apartment is large. It was so nice to be able to spread out. Location is good -lots of parking available.

Very cleanliness and comfortable. Staff are very nice. Will definitely recommend staying there.

The room floor was not clean. PMR lift was out of order during my stay. The hotel is not family friendly: it's not great to carry a twin stroller with two kids a few times per a day without any working lift. I've raised this with the hotel manager. His conversation was very unprofessional and disrespectful.

The place was great!! Still Lourdes without the sanctuary has nothing...
