This hostel was very nice! It felt more like a hotel but with a more friendly vibe. The rooms are spacious and really clean. Also the sound proofing is excellent. I am a light sleeper and I didn’t hear a thing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I arrived after the checkin time and it was very easy to checkin. The location is excellent! It’s close to the train station, bus station, and old town. I only stayed on night but if I come back to Zagreb I will definitely stay here again!

位置很好，附近不少烘焙店，巴士總站、市中心等地最多20分鐘都能走到。整個旅社都非常乾淨、而且太好聞啦！！！我後悔忘記問老闆用了哪一款香薰了😂唯一的缺點是街邊有些吵，我住的那天晚上不知是什麼人一直在按汽車喇叭……另外（也可能是我自己的問題），我沒找到吹風機，不過問題不大～

【良かった点】 ・ホステルなので安い ・水やインスタントコーヒーなどがフリードリンクとして置いてあった（基本無人なので補充されてないことも多い） 【悪かった点】 ・給湯器がお湯を溜めて沸かす方式のため、2人でシャワーを使うと、2人目で水しか出なくなった（冬なら風邪ひいてたと思います） ・ホステルなのであまり気にしないが、不潔ではないですが綺麗でもない。（特に水回り） ・基本無人なのでトラブル時はWhats upで連絡することになっていたが返信なし

シャワーや洗面、トイレが常に清潔でした。キッチンスペースに一通り揃っているのもよかったです。無料ガイドブックやフライヤーも豊富に揃っており、日本語のものもあるのも良かったです。

環境相當乾淨地點優越，感謝Josipa 跟她弟弟，親切服務，樂意為我們服務，認真幫我們解決嗰個問題。宿舍地方寬敞四人家庭房，四個朋友都可以打開皮箱有有乾淨的洗手間在房間內房間外也有很多浴室洗手間不用大家爭洗手間。

패밀리룸 개인욕실이 방안이 아니고 방옆에 있어요. 그리고 에어컨이 없습니다. 그것빼고는 다 좋아요. 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 스텝이 친절해요. 위치도 아주 좋구요.

Waren für zwei Nächte übers Wochenende im Hostel und es war schön ruhig und wir hatten das Gemeinschaftsbad direkt neben dem Zimmer und so störte das nicht, kein eigenes zu haben. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal sehr nett und das Late-Check-In problemlos möglich.

Worst hostel ever. Have had travelled to more than 13 countries and stayed in different kinds of hotels, hostels, guest houses and have never seen something like this. Owners are not always there to help. I understand but when I texted her to ask for the directions. There's no response. Other guests also experienced the same thing. People self-served, there's no checking of passports nor ID so who knows, maybe you are sharing the whole space with criminals or wanted people. During check out time, no one was at the reception. Got scammed by a taxi driver one evening and wanted to seek help but she's not there. When voicing out about it, she said that it's not her job. Her job was just to give you a key, so you're in a no man's land and you do your own thing if you need information or help to the police station. It's not even a three star hostel. It's just a I -do-whatever-I-want guest house. What's more, needed to change room today but during check out hours, owners were not there and I got a message from her at 11:00 am asking me to pack my thing and moved to a new room I had booked. So you are supposed to cater to her but not the other way round. You paid and you catered to her. I was sightseeing so I couldn't do that. So expect to match her own schedule or her own liking when you stay there.

I would certainly rate this as a terrific hostel The manager was attentive, patient and went over and beyond to make me comfortable. The facility is impeccably clean. The location is good - near the central station, and I used public transportation for all my touring. I loved Zagreb, and certainly my accommodations went a long way to enhance my visit. I would strongly suggest arriving during daylight, if possible, because it is in a building with many other purposes, and the Dots Hostel is on the FIRST FLOOR - NOT the ground floor- which could be disconcerting for travelers from USA I would love to stay there again, on my next trip to Croatia.

The hostel is conveniently located with train station, bus station and the city center within walking distance. Although I arrived quite late in the evening, the hosts made sure there would still be someone there to welcome me. It is spotlessly clean. I had to share the bathroom with other guests, but never had to wait when I needed the bathroom. The nights were quiet. I talked to the host about the fact that the beds were sagging in the middle and was glad to hear that the mattresses are exchanged every year, so surely the issue will be resolved soon with the upcoming mattress change. There is no kitchen to prepare a meal, but there are tea and juices, plates, cutlery, a small fridge and oil, vinegar, pepper and salt.

Good location close to the main square and large shady park. It's a very busy street but this room was on the back side and quiet, they may not even have any rooms on the street side. This was a private room with a double bed and shared bath. Shared bath was small where the sink is but shower is roomy. Always was clean, and shared by only a couple of rooms. Didn't see the dorm rooms. There are also private rooms with private bath offered. At the time of this visit an organized breakfast wasn't offered but cold cereal and fruit was available 24/7 in the common kitchen, and instant coffee 24/7. The espresso machine required a staff member to operate and the desk isn't staffed except during the day generally. There's a sitting area with couch and chair and a dining area with tables and chairs. There was no air conditioner in this room and it was unusually hot in Zagreb during the stay. At night with the windows open it was comfortable, but very warm otherwise in the room during the day. Very nice owners.
