Bear every stroke of the snow-capped mountains. The sunlight shines brightly, and the gentle breeze is harmonious. Following the rhythm of the four seasons to play the music of spring and summer. Here is the Stone Cottage of Yulong Snow Mountain. Dwelling in the wild, with the head against the snow-capped mountain, one house, one pool, one stove of tea, sitting and listening to the swaying of leaves, listening to singing and dancing, lying and savoring the starry river of the moonlit night and the sunlight on the Golden Mountain. More love for life grows naturally along with the faint moonlight.

Outstanding Hotel I must give 5 stars A hotel with a the most beautiful view with bathtub. The service from the hotel staff took care of us greatly. The facilities in the hotel are complete, worthy of a five-star hotel. The view from our room is the most beautiful. You can clearly see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain both in the morning and evening. All the staff are helpful in every way. They recommend good local restaurants and take us to there and the old town. They also send us to the train station. Everything we got from this hotel is perfect and excellent. If anyone is looking for a hotel with a beautiful view of the Jade Dragon Mountain, you must book this hotel. It is a five-star beauty. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend MountainTrip Resort. I give 5 stars for this hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I loved our stay here so much, we decided to extend it by another day.
The area is idyllic and restful (definitely appreciated the quiet compared to the bustle of the Lijiang Old Town) but still really convenient for didi pick up and drop offs. The auntie in the in-house restaurant cooked really delicious naxi dishes and we took advantage of the ability to order lunch and dinner in addition to the free breakfast whenever we could.
Best of all, service was impeccable. We had no fixed itinerary and were basically flying by the seat of our pants on the day to day, and the front desk staff, especially Wu, were super helpful in offering suggestions and helping to make bookings for us when they could.
Lijiang was a great stop for us and this homestay played a huge part in that. Will definitely return if we ever come back to Lijiang!

This is the best place to stay in all 丽江 maybe even in 云南, and I’m not even exaggerating, is located nearby 白沙 where u can find a lot of things to do (till 10 pm tho but 丽江古城 is only 30 min far away if you want more) the room is very well equipped, the proyector is HD, the bed very cozy, the bathroom have everything you would expect. And adding to the amusing vibe of the place with a traditional style you will find a very friendly staff that will guide you and help you in everything you need, to finish I cannot not mention the delicious 米线 made by the auntie IT WAS THE BEST I EVER TRIED, I would be happy to eat that all days in my life I really want the auntie to adopt me. In general, all was a perfect experience in this place ( by the way i hope you enjoyed the candies I gave)

Xi Xiang Yuan·Gentian Secret Realm International Resort Villa is a star-rated hotel hidden in the UNESCO heritage core area of the thousand-year-old Baisha Ancient Town, boasting the closest cultural tourism location to the ancient town's central archway, interpreting the philosophy of "retreating from the world within the city" for ultimate luxury living. Wake up to golden snow-capped mountains outside your window, and when night falls, reach out to touch the starry river.
We build "time vessels" for families with children and couples, with eighteen guest rooms scattered across three independent Naxi courtyards, each with unique features: some are panoramic cloud sanctuaries facing the snow mountains, some are two-story standalone suites accommodating three generations, and some are pet-friendly lofts with private garden courtyards. The hotel's spacious indoor and outdoor areas feature underfloor heating, high-end bathroom facilities, and custom bedding, along with a fitness center, themed restaurant, café bookstore, children's playground, activity room, and tea room to meet all your vacation needs.
At Xi Xiang Yuan, luxury is not just tangible facilities but intangible experiences - waking up to watch the eastern sun paint the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain gold; as dusk falls, travelers exchange stories by the bonfire while children and pets chase the evening breeze. Walk along thousand-year-old stone paths to explore the legacy of the Tea Horse Road, participate in local crop harvesting, and experience intangible cultural copperware craftsmanship. Luxury is the intimate conversations around the bonfire, the family reunions under the snow-capped mountains, and the place where weary urban souls find solace.
The philosophy of Xi Xiang Yuan·Gentian Secret Realm is to create a "home" vessel that preserves precious moments with loved ones, slows down time, and reveals the true meaning of life in tranquility.

Kui Ran adheres to the philosophy of "Let the mountains return to nature and people to their true selves", creating a place for harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. Located in the prime spot of Baisha Ancient Town, it takes only 3 minutes on foot to reach the bustling town, allowing guests to enjoy both the lively atmosphere and a peaceful retreat. Here, simply lie back and take in the majestic Yulong Snow Mountain, the dreamy sea of clouds, the vast wilderness, and the starry sky - each view a breathtaking masterpiece.
Kui Ran was renovated from a six-generation-old ancestral home of the Naxi and Japanese style, covering an area of over 3,000 square meters. It features two main buildings, two distinct inner courtyards, and an additional 2,000 square meters of outdoor space. The 160-year-old walnut tree in the courtyard is the soul of the place.
The hotel has 14 rooms, including 13 scenic rooms facing the snow-capped mountains and one century-old ancestral home family suite. Each room is equipped with Marshall speakers, Epson projectors, Hisense TVs, Atour zero-pressure memory pillows, Acca Kappa toiletries, Kohler showers, and Jomoo smart toilets to ensure a comfortable stay. Spitze!

LLowJia JinOnce in a while, we have the rare privilege of staying somewhere that exemplifies all that is good about travel. Nguluko is one such place.
As the photos suggest, the hotel is beautifully designed. It’s a zen-like, modern annex, connected to Liusan’s generational home. What a curious privilege it is, to be able to join her family around the home’s traditional Naxi courtyard for a bonfire dance, before retreating upstairs to a room of luxurious comforts, including an actual Dyson hairdryer and electronic toilet.
But more important is what the photos cannot capture. In an age of faceless travel, dominated by flavourless hotel chains and mass-produced group tours, it’s rare to be able to feel a connection with folks eager to share a little slice of their life with you. Whether it be a morning stroll around the old village, a sharing session on Naxi culture and Dongba script, or even the aforementioned bonfire dance (replete with lived-in details like the family’s aging hams dangling off the awnings), it harkens back to a more serendipitous style of travel that made me smile.
Even meals (all-inclusive!) are a chance to experience local culture. Locally foraged bracken and morels make an appearance, as do different varieties of liangfen, and Lijiang-style baba. There’s also the most moreish chicken hotpot — which I was going to drive out of the way to Luguzhen to try — but which she ended up serving for dinner on the second night. I’m quite obsessive when it comes to food, and yet everything I wanted to try here, except perhaps the rainbow trout and yak, were cooked up and served.
Some small things could be improved: many stairways lack railings for the mobility impaired, and the ‘October’ room has an odd bathroom design where the toilet cubicle barely has space to close when one is seated. But such issues pale in comparison to the overall experience. Perhaps the biggest compliment I can give it is that in a world filled with a million wonderful destinations, this is one place I would choose to return to.
GGastnutzerI recently had the pleasure of staying at Logee Inn, and it was an unforgettable experience. Originally chose the Inn for its proximity to a private kitchen/fine dining, the inn surpassed my expectations.
Location:
Logee Inn is perfectly situated just on the outskirts of Baisha, an easy 10minute walk or the lovely manager happily dropped us off and picked us up.
Accommodations:
The rooms are beautiful with large windows and direct view of Yulong Snow Mountain. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a higher-grade room, which featured a large roof terrace. The view of the mountains from the large windows was amazing, adding to the overall charm of our stay. This room also included unlimited barista coffee, which was a delightful treat!
Service:
The service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or any needs. The hotel manager even offered to drop us off and pick us up from Baisha Old Town.
Evening Experience:
One of the highlights was the evening atmosphere—they lit a fire in the back garden, creating a cozy space to unwind.
Dining:
The breakfast options were hearty and delicious, offering both Western and Chinese breakfast sets that catered to all tastes, with rice noodles as well as croissants and Americanos.
Overall Experience:
I highly recommend Logee Inn for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Baisha. The scenery and peacefulness and service was amazing.
KKciredorWe had such a great stay at this hotel! Right from the start, the place felt welcoming and spotless, with everything perfectly clean and well-maintained. It was clear they really care about making guests comfortable.
Our room was super spacious, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly—fast and reliable, which isn’t always the case in hotels! Considering how much the hotel offers, it’s incredible value for money.
It’s also a fantastic place if you’re traveling with kids or pets. Our little ones were so happy, and played with their resident puppy, which made the trip so much easier for us.
The service was top-notch — the host was so helpful and friendly. Offering us warmth at their fireplace, food, and even brought us to a local store to buy firecrackers for our kids to play with. She even offered to give us a guided tour of their locality.
We also loved how much the hotel embraced the local vibe. From the décor to the food, everything had a real connection to the area, which made the stay feel extra special and unique.
Overall, this hotel is a perfect mix of comfort, great service, and thoughtful touches. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
CChitrlada HarnWhen my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does. All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel. The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
LLisa 丽莎Initially, we booked the family suite but had to change the room due to an issue with the toilet. The boss was very helpful and quickly arranged a new room for us. The new room was much more comfortable, so we are thankful to the boss for that.
Regarding cleanliness, we wish the rooms could be cleaner. The hotel should pay more attention to hygiene, especially that of the toilet.
Another inconvenience was that there were many mosquitos in the room. Fortunately, the hotel provided a mosquito killer racquet and killer mats, so we were able to eliminate most of the mosquitos. Perhaps the mosquitos find some breeding grounds on the beautiful patio in the middle of the house.
The location of the hotel is good. It's very quiet but close enough to most of the attractions in the city of Lijiang.
The service attitude is very good. The boss and the cleaning lady are very kind and attentive. The lady prepared a nice breakfast for us, so thank you. The boss helped us book a taxi for the day we were leaving early in the morning. We really appreciate the kind service provided by the staff.
Regarding price for value, we think it might be a bit overpriced given the condition of the rooms.
Overall, this hotel is very beautiful. The furniture is traditional and beautiful. The central patio is exquisite and we loved the traditional Chinese design. The staff is kind and attentive.
GGastnutzerSehr zufriedenstellende Erfahrung!
GGastnutzerWe booked Hilton one day before our returning flight. The room has a great value for the price. It's clean and we got nothing to complain. Check out the bathtub, which is in porcelain material and super big. Also the bedding is super comfy and we could choose other special pillows on request. Btw, we also tried the pool and the gym. Both got great quality stuff. In the second morning, I went down to pick up some delivery, and Richard Li at the front desk saw me sneeze and asked if I got cold. And I later on got a pot of ginger tea in the room. I appreciate the service. Overall, Hilton is beyond my expectations and I'm very happy for the living quality I got and the price I've paid. Have a look at some pictures which I took randomly.
CClinomaniac LyeI recommend conducting thorough research before making reservations to fully understand what to expect. We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics.
While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl.
I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety.
Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.
