酒店位於高爾夫球場裏面,環境不錯。因為是冬季所以球場封場了。酒店的設施齊全……服務態度也不錯

This hotel is located quite a distance from anything. It is surrounded by a private golf club, which would be convenient if you wanted to play golf. The setting was scenic, but remote, and a long ride from the Detroit airport. I was there for a conference, and the conference facilities were excellent. The food served at the conference was very good. A lower level dining area looked like it was being kept as a museum - never saw anyone there. The small upper level restaurant served decent bar food. It was a half mile hike to a mall with other dining options. It was a half mile hike to the start of a trail leading down to the nearby lake, and once you got there made for a pleasant walk. My room was clean and the bed was fine. However, the dated HVAC unit was quite noisy. There was hallway noise as well. A plus was the friendly service provided by all of the staff working there.

Rooms were great size with a lovely view. Staff at check in and when asking questions were polite and friendly. Room had a fridge and a coffee machine. Shampoo etc was provided but pretty basic quality. Towels were a good size. Air conditioning was old and very noisy. Other guests were very noisy at night time with lots of slamming doors!

Most of my travels always have at least one stay at a Marriott as I am a fan. On a recent trip to Michigan, I was looking for a place outside of Detroit, but near the airport as I did not feel like driving at the end of a flight. This was the perfect place. The hotel is an older hotel, but it's very clean, staff exceptional and the establishment is renovating. Breakfast was phenomenal as was the front desk assistants both while checking in and upon leaving the next morning. Did not have any time to enjoy the grounds or amenities but this hotel is definitely in the "repeat" column on my next trip.

Recently attended a yearly event I go to that has changed its location to this hotel as of 2024. Compared to our previous hotel, I was really impressed. We very much enjoyed the conference spaces and the layout of the hotel. The view is beautiful. There was plenty of space for our event, and all the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and polite, and overall lovely. Aside from the lack of a pool (it really feels like they need one! lol), the hotel itself is great. I didn't feel bothered by noise on the 2nd floor - and our event did sell out the entire hotel. I heard others complain about paper thin walls, so maybe we just got lucky with our neighbors? But we slept great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I saw some reviews here complain about the location of the hotel, and I have to say we were quite pleased with it. I love not being right next to a noisy busy road like so many hotels. And yet still, right across the street you've got several nice little restaurants, and there is shopping nearby and you aren't far from quite a lot of activity in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti. The restaurant onsite that offers dinner is really good. We did apps one night and then dinner the next with them. I had soup, salad, and dessert - the soup and dessert were both phenomenal, and the salad also excellent. I found the prices a little steep....but some of the loveliest tomato soup I've ever had, so this is a minor complaint. All that said, there were a couple of areas that I'm hoping will improve in the future, if our event continues to be held here. What wasn't impressive was the breakfast. Despite that our group had been told we would have the options of a special breakfast menu, the only breakfast offered during our stay was the buffet, and it was not good. The kind of hotel breakfast that should be free, because it mostly isn't worth eating, but it cost $21. The oatmeal was incredibly watery, the eggs were flavorless and definitely the powdered kind. Everything seemed a little stale...and tasteless. And the omelette bar wasn't even being manned when I came down to have breakfast. My fingers are crossed that next year they will be offering an actual breakfast menu, outside of the buffet. With what they can do with dinner, I know they could offer an amazing breakfast! The other thing that struck me about the dining, is that our event group was given a special menu - we had the whole hotel for 3 or 4 nights. The items on it were very similar to the items (some the exact same) on the hotels websites menu for the restaurant, but the prices were all much higher. When this was asked about, our group was told that the menu on the hotels website hasn't been updated to reflect price increases....that as I understood went up last year. But here we are the following month and the prices on the website menu still haven't changed..... So I do still find myself wondering if our group wasn't given a special higher priced menu for bringing a large group...? The o

Stay away from this hotel it now charges 30$ for parking. We are returning customers and were not informed of this new policy by the fromt desk when we checked in and feel deceived by this new charge. We were also kept up until midnight from loud thumping music from an event taking place in the hotel. When we complained the front desk staff was not helpful at all. This is not acceptable and we will no longer be staying at this hotel. Treat your customers with more respect

I really wish this hotel worked out because it is truly located in a nice setting with a great golf course on the property. My biggest complaint relates to the *new* $30 self parking fee, per night. This hotel is located in the suburbs and not in a downtown setting or a property with limited parking spaces, making it very difficult to justify this expense. In fact, I would guess that they had well over 150 empty spots available and was told they were at 100% capacity for rooms. Unfortunately, I will be staying elsewhere next time.

Summary: Do not get married here, the view is pretty, but the owners and wedding team will lie to you and then laugh their way to the bank. Even worse, they confessed to doing it to at least 5 couples a year. Due to the situation we’ve been put in by Eagle Crest, we’ve now paid unexpected additional costs for a different hotel & guest transportation. Our Situation: If you're planning a fall wedding, don't do it here. On the wedding tour they tell you that you are responsible for 90% of your room block regardless of bookings. As a young couple already paying a lot for this venue, this is a scary cost to consider at $300/night per room. Their wedding team told us "Do not worry, we can always add more rooms if needed." So, we did what any other couple would do, book low and anticipate adding rooms when they begin to fill up. 12 months before our wedding day, our wedding block starts to fill. We call E.C. wedding team and 3 business days later, we are told the hotel is full and we cannot add any rooms due to a UofM football game, this was a lie. The truth, the away team had booked part of our hotel and Eagle Crest was holding their remaining rooms to charge an absurd rate to those dumb enough to pay it. After pleading with their wedding team to add more rooms to our block, they gave us half of the rooms we needed at a total of $500/night. Even though our contract clearly states the price of a home game is $300/night: "This would be a financial hit to the hotel, and we cannot accommodate your request." If they were honest, they would have said: "We lied about you adding rooms, now that it's a home game were going to sell them for way too much money and screw you and your guests in the process." E.C. continually says “how much fun this will be due to the team staying at the hotel.” We could care less about fun. This is our wedding day, and it is supposed to be special. We’re not here because of a football game! Solution: Stop lying to your Grooms & Brides when they visit the site. Accommodate and communicate with your couples already on contract well before these home game situations occur and make sure they understand the situation with home games.

Parking charge of $30 per night was not disclosed during reservation process or at checkin. When we asked about it at checkout we were told “there are signs all over the place.” There was one valet kiosk shoved in the corner of the entrance vestibule that mentioned an overnight parking charge. There was also only one working elevator and the room was a little tired. Not worth the price.

Pros, Clean comfortable room, quality very soft (maybe to soft) bed and pillows. Staff was great, Matt at the bar was awesome as were the fine ladies at the front counter. Not so Pros, Thin walls and doors. doors slam, water pipe noise, elevator doors on the first elevator slam, limited menu items, extra charges for room service, only drip coffee (no espresso) one of the coffee packages in my room was already open, limited TV options, no microwaves in the rooms or even on the floors only 1 tinny microwave in the lobbies limited "store". No vending or ice machines anywhere in the building, no stores or shops close by, There was no body wash in the hotel provided dispenser on our arrival the shampoo and conditioner bottles were also very low, the water in the tap was disgusting, there seemed to be construction noise all night either hammering on the pipes or a drill noise and the front desk said there was no construction going on at the time of my stay. The heater in the room was very noisy all night as well.

The rooms are well decorated and the desk staff was above and beyond expectations. But the room itself needed a deep clean. The light switches were dirty and random different hairs were found throughout the room. It could use a regular deep cleaning which it is clearly not getting. It also was weird to have a window unit for a/c. It felt very old in that regard. The doors are thin and you can hear noises on the other side. I had an adjoining room to a stranger and was up all night because I could hear their coughing. Then later that week tested positive for COVID myself 😞 The bathroom is also weird in that there is no counter space in the bathroom, despite having room. I ended up changing at the sink in front of the exit door which frankly had large gaps. Which was better than in front of the large parking lot window that only had sheer blinds... I won't be staying here again.

Nice area on a lake and golf course. The on-site bar & grill had good food and friendly service. However... We arrived on a Sunday evening. One bed in our room had dirty sheets and pillow covers, with bonus hair included. Thankfully getting clean sheets wasn't much of a problem. Room (surprisingly) seemed clean otherwise. The clerk at the desk gave us free breakfast in the hotel dining room in consideration (which was nice) We gathered there was a big wedding party the night before we stayed there. They left a considerable mess which didn't appear to have been cleaned up by the time we arrived (around 7PM Sunday). We saw a couple empty water bottles sitting about in the public areas, bits and pieces of debris on the floors, and the the lobby men's room was in frankly pretty gross condition, with sticky floors and two dirty toilets in the stalls (one outright disgusting). When our credit card statement came, we home noticed a mysterious $31.80 charge from the hotel, which we came to find out was for parking. We did *not* know about this fee at the time of booking. Had we known we would've booked somewhere else, as half the point of staying out in the 'burbs is *not having to pay for parking*.

We had 2-1 week stays at this property which were really nice. The hotel overlooks a beautiful lake and golf course. The sculptured grounds even in winter are kept up nicely. The inside concourse (I’ll call it that as it’s huge) is a lot larger than some other Marriott properties. There are many intimate quiet places to sit as well as group seating/meeting areas that offer several plug-in options for your laptops, phones etc… They also have comfy private seating places if you need privacy. The main floor offers a bar and easy access to their numerous banquet areas both large and small. Our room on both visits (top floor-8) was clean, neat and orderly. The property is very well maintained. If you have status with Marriott, the concierge room (M club) is inviting, comfortable and a nice breakfast and hot and cold snacks at night. The Lounge” is the dining room option here offering breakfast/buffet, lunch and dinner. All the food is fresh and pretty good.
