La Posada del Viajero Bewertungen

I was disappointed with my interaction with La Posada. I made a reservation for 4 people. The confirmation came 24 hours later for 2 people. I immediately cancelled the reservation at three different addresses. A response came from La Posada that cancellations were not accepted. I have advised my credit card company that I will not pay the charge from La Posada.

住這間飯店兩次，第一天住完check out後去熱水鎮住一晚才又再回來，大件行李可以讓我們寄放只帶一個背包去熱水鎮，很棒！服務人員大部分英文不是很好，只有一個英文比較好，不過都很熱情親切，喔！對了，這裏有代洗衣服的服務，一公斤10索爾，滿方便的！

位置非常好，就在武器廣場附近，到各個景點衹要步行就好，早餐非常好，鮮榨果汁，水果都有，衹是房間有點小，其他沒毛病。

What an amazing place to stay. We are a family of 4 from USA and the room was very spacious. We landed at the airport and had someone from the hotel come pick us up ($8 extra fee). The receptionist Sarit, Suly, and Wilber were very helpful during our stay. They assisted us when weren’t feeling well acclimating to the height and made sure we were taken care of. They were also very help with organizing our pickups for our excursion. They offer a buffet style breakfast daily with amazing options and you have the option to take it to go when you have an early excursion. Hot water available at all times. The location of the hotel is steps away from the plaza. Amazing place definitely will be coming back! Family friendly!

AMAZING!!! Only a few blocks from The main Plaza de Armas is a hidden gem with the most amazing staff, cozy rooms, and a great vibe . It's not always easy to find great customer service when traveling but the staff at La Posada del Viajero were the best by FAR! From such kind smiles at breakfast in the morning before being whisked off on a magical tour to the warm welcome upon the tiresome return in the afternoon. The staff were always on point with any needs, requests, or a simple recommendation. We would get such a wonderful rest in the rustic yet warm rooms. Of course, there was plenty of hot water for all of the guests in our group and the wi-fi fully aided any work to be done and much easier. There were heaters in the rooms if needed, but the blankets were also very comfortable and warm. Also, The breakfast nook had such beautiful views of the mountains. Just so majestic. So many reasons to come back again. I can't thank your hotel staff enough. Again, most amazing customer service in all of Cusco. A big THANK YOU to Kenia, Sully, Jaseny, Ruth, Naira, Dabne, and Iris for making my Father's birthday so magical. Such a wonderful team, such a wonderful hotel.

La Posada de Viajero welcomed us warmly. Right away they gave us tips for where to eat, drink a coffee, etc. We could give our laundry and they were perfectly washed. When we visited Machu Picchu for two days, we could leave our luggage without any costs at La Posada. In the end, we needed some help with the local buses, taxis, etc and Sarit as well as Mary were both extremly helpful. Thanks for everything, made our stay in Cusco really confortable.

Our home away from home. This hotel has to be the friendliest one we’ve stayed in all central and South America. Our reception was warm and loving like seeing family after a long trip. All the suggestions and help provided was unbeatable. Kenia and suly were the stand outs, even after leaving for a 6 day trek they still remembered my wife and I by name. They went the extra mile to ask why were travelling to Cusco and made extra efforts to comfort us finding out we’re travelling for our honeymoon. Setting our room beautifully without any extra charge, just out of pure love! We love this place and will definitely be our staple place to stay when in cusco

Great location and service. The staff is super friendly especially Sarit and Gaby who were always ready to help out with anything we needed. The room was clean and had hot water. They were able to pack a breakfast bag on days we had early tours which is always so we were able to take advantage of that. Definitely stay here if you are looking for a place in Cusco. As a bonus the pizzeria right across from the place has good food.

This place is great, and at a good pricepoint. They provide a delicious breakfast every morning and always have tea and hot water available. The entire team, especially Suni are very accommodating and friendly. They even made a cake when it was one of the people in our groups birthday! The only downside to this hotel is that you can hear everything that’s happening in the lobby or the rooms around you, but this seems to be consistent with most hotels in this area. Overall, this is a very accommodating and cute hotel to stay in.

Suly was amazing! Helped us in English so a nice spot for those that do not speak the language. She was very accommodating, understanding, and made everything a breeze. 10/10 would recommend to keep your luggage here with them. Very safe and secure.

Amazing service, fantastic views from breakfast. Very kind staff. Suli was extremely helpful, and organised our trip back to the airport. would highly recommend anyone looking g for great value, friendly service. Our family from Australia really enjoyed our stay

Loved everything about this hotel, from the warm and friendly staff, lovely interior, the cozy rooms, walking distance to all city attractions, to the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for making our first day and night in Peru very memorable .

This sweet little hotel has so much charm. Everyone works so hard to give such personal service . Sulli and the whole team make you feel as if you are staying with friends . The hotel has charm and character tucked away down a small driveway off a busy street ,but you don’t hear any outside noise . Breakfast with eggs and coffee and other goodies is served daily . The staff has a locked area if you need to leave bags for any reason . The rooms are clean and well maintained. Overall a wonderful experience
