Gut organisiert und Front Desk Service. Mit der Vorbereitung für das nächste Mal mit meiner Frau und der Meerblick zu gut und die Fährräder 🎡.

Ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Aufgrund vorübergehender Geschäftsänderungen musste ich dieses Mal vier Tage an einem Ort bleiben. Sowohl die Hardware als auch die Software des Hotels sind gut und auch die nahegelegene Hafenumgebung ist eine seltene Gelegenheit zum Entspannen. Der Nachteil ist, dass es aufgrund der Lage am Hafen nicht viele Restaurants in der Nähe gibt. Meistens ist es unmöglich, nach 20 Uhr einen Ort zum Essen zu finden. Das Restaurant im Hotel schließt um 9 Uhr. Glücklicherweise gibt es einen 24-Stunden-Notruf 711, auf den ich mich zwei Tage hintereinander verlassen habe. Am Tag vor meiner Abreise entdeckte ich zufällig eine Imbissstraße im zweiten Untergeschoss eines nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrums, die bis 2 Uhr morgens geöffnet war. Also nutzte er die Gelegenheit, um sich zu rächen und sich zu entschädigen. Wenn Sie es erleben, werden Sie wahrscheinlich wieder hier übernachten.

■ Aussicht auf den luxuriösen Bus-Luxus-Zimmer mit einem sauberen Wasserschrank mit großen Fenstern und Balkon. 26th – 29th August 2023 Yokohama, Japan Mitsui Garden Hotel, Yokohama Some random thoughts / comments regarding our stay as they spring up: - Taxi arrives at G/F, no porter service but guests have to wheel luggage to 20/F to check in - ultra modern hotel, bright & airy, spacious lobby and so new – freshly opened in mid May 2023 - push through glass doors to fully exposed outdoor lounge with sofas and low coffee tables to sit and chill while enjoying a wide stretch of city view through wide glass panels - minimalism theme throughout the reception, lobby and extended to the rooms with clean, light beech minimalistic design - check in smooth and staff even though not the most conversant in English, pose no barriers in carrying out simple conversation - guests are to collect toiletries at a small nook beside the check in desk before heading up to the room--- choice of individually wrapped razor ; toothbrush+ paste ; shower cap; vanity set, comb, Q-tips to put inside a white zip-bloc to bring along to the room for own consumption - all toiletries are displayed bare for guests to take at liberty and every guest feels at ease to take what is needed without any staff there to peep over their shoulder—very generous hotel policy indeed - two bottles of water , tea sachets and drip coffee replenished daily - iron + ironing board provided upon request - the entire hotel, i.e. everywhere smells fresh, everywhere looks bright and clean - bedding and towels all white, fluffy and clean - slippers provided - USB and sockets all well positioned in the room - Telly available and a bottle of room freshener spray provided - shower & bathtub in one enclosed area to save space which in fact is a good and efficient idea to have everything confined to one space - very powerful shower with stable temperature that is easy to adjust - shower area completely watertight so can fully enjoy a nice relaxing shower after a long day and no need to mop the spills afterwards - body gel, shampoo + conditioner all in three separate commercial bottles with dispenser firmly installed onto the wall - big clean panes in room for a nice view overlooking the city and partial harbour - furniture in room is all clean and sofa not sunken, which is one of the advantages of a new hotel - room is not very big but very comfy because everything is very functional while minimalist design gives a contemporary, fuss-free vibe - spacious , bright and clean lobby on 20/F where there is an auto-play piano and there are sofas + reading floor lamps all around the piano, so guests are free to sit and relax with a book or just enjoy the piano when it auto plays at stipulated times - an intimate bar on the other side of the lobby overlooking the pool, but closes before 12am - a gym + pool also on lobby level - a restaurant on lobby floor that serves breakfast - “ Lawsons Convenience Store “ on 2/F, 7-11 and family Mart also close by - Yokohama Cosmo World and Marine Park at walkable distances - Safe, c

For tourists it is close, maybe a quarter mile from JR and Tsurumi train station😀 Grocery store just up the same road😀 Food options close-by or farther out within easy walking distance😀 Check-In was easy and I anticipate check-out will be just as easy😀 Nice laundry area, three washers and dryers 😀 No folding table, they could have installed one on wall☹️ Older BW, but overall, kept clean and in good condition😀 Staff overall friendly, but much like Japanese, not engaging and communication is rough🤫 Was given 2 bottles of water when checking-in, which is BW standards😀 The one clerk who spoke English said to just ask for more each day. When we did, both times was told we needed to get out of vending machine😡 Room was NOT cleaned one day, We guess because we had don’t disturb sign on door till 10:10am until we left. They start their duties at 10am, I guess if they see sign at at that time, they pass you over for day😡 Three days, used coffee cups were not replaced😡 Overall, quiet around us for every night😀 Nice hot shower water with great pressure😀 TV is terrible, only CNN! Would be nice to at least have Japanese music channel😀 Beds were comfortable😀 No wash clothes, I was told they don’t use them here😳 We went out and bought our own bath Scrubby’s. Nice towels, you get two with two hand towels😬 No complementary coffee in the morning, that’s a first for us at BW😡 I hear good things about hot coffee vending machines here, put one in! Have breakfast for $1200 Yen I believe, did not try. We booked almost a month out, our room size was a large closet☹️ Simply had to walk sideways once you passed the bathroom door😡 Clothes had to be spread out on couch😡 Bathroom is SMALL☹️ The good news, we are discovering what Japan has to offer, so only in room to sleep🙄 Would I stay here again, “NO,” the amenities were just to week☹️ We are loyal BW guests and Diamond Select customers, we have come to expect a little more😬

Es ist zu alt ... Es gibt nur drei kleine Lichter im Doppelzimmer, keine Deckenbeleuchtung ... Das Zimmer hat einen seltsamen Geruch. Dieses neue Yokohama ist zu weit von der landschaftlich reizvollen Stelle entfernt und es ist nicht sehr bequem, jeden Tag zu pendeln. Wenn Sie nach Yokohama kommen, bleiben Sie bitte am Bahnhof Yokohama. Der Spiegel steht vor dem Bett... Das Zimmer war klein, aber das Badezimmer war riesig.

The hotel is located close to the train station, just need a short walk. Unfortunately there's heavy rainfall when I arrive, the short walk turned into kiosk. Anyhow, thd hotel us located in the center where lots of shopping mall n eateries around. Next time will spend longer time to explore the area.

Das Wasserröhren von Bus-Einheiten ist gut gemischt, aber es gibt einen ”STOP” zwischen dem Bus und dem Wasserhahn, das ist glücklich! Wir haben eine umweltfreundliche Reinigung verwendet. 500CC Bergwasser, es spart viel Geld! Das Hotel bietet auch eine eigene Waschmaschine!
