The sauna is great to relax after a long day. Everything is clean despite the many people going in and out. I had a good stay, and the location is convenient

I’m a foreign student in Japan whose Japanese skill isn’t good at all so I tried to talk to the staff in English but they still talked to me in Japanese in return, luckily, they talked and explained things slowly and clearly. The facilities are nice and clean. The capsules were wider than I thought it would so I could sleep in it comfortably. The free-size pajama that was provided in an amenity bag was so comfortable even though I didn’t think it would fit. The included breakfast was served in a cafe next to the hotel. They will give you a coupon as you check-in, so you just give it to the cashier and you can choose one set out of three.

Really nice capsule hostel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the amenities (onsen) clean. Location was in the middle of the city so you could reach everyhing within a few minutes and also close to the metro.

Really easy to get there from the subway station. The location is good because there are many places to eat and drink, it is also close to the Bus terminal in case you are planing to take a night bus to another city. Department Stores and PKM center also around the area. The Capsules are wide and clean, you have TV, headphones, light, etc. You also get pajamas, which are soft and big. They give you a locker witha key, you can sotre your shoes, bag, etc you need for the day, and also you have a room to store your big bags. The brathroom were clean, and also they have separate room with mirrors next to the locker rooms for you to shave, do makeup, etc you need. The sauna and showers are located in the 1st floor, you get a big and a small towel. Inside you can find shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, etc. Finally, check out is really easy and they let you keep your bags in the sotrage room after check out, but i would recomend to ask for how long they can keep them. I defenitively recommend this place for short or long stay.

The hotel was pretty good such that it had a really decent spa and sauna for guests to use. Also the hotel was really close to JR Yokohama Station, so it was really convenient to reach. However, the service was slightly embarrassing such that I had to check out of my room every morning for the staff to clean the room.

お風呂に入れるのは良かったです！ 旅行で利用しました 部屋は清潔感があり、 テレビが観れたり、サウナが付いているのは良かったです 周辺に飲食店やコンビニが近くにあったので便利でした ランドリーはあったのですが、 古さがあり片方使えない状況でした 新しく改築した印象でしたが、 古い部分にホコリが目立ち、衛生面が気になりました 次の日台風だったので仕方なかったのかもしれませんが、 朝全部のトイレが断水してて、使いにくい状況でした

第一次住膠囊旅館，雖然空間小，可是蠻乾淨，而且這種金額還可以附早餐券，其實蠻不錯；如果下次再去日本獨旅，還是願意住膠囊旅館

第一次住類似的日本住宿，感覺很好，床鋪很乾凈，洗澡的地方很乾凈，配套的設施很完善，還配備了浴巾，睡衣，每天更換。整個入住流程，退房流程都很高效完善。流程制定者很厲害呢。唯一就是每天都會被類似鳥叫聲吵醒。

有電視的一人床位！連住需要在10:00-14:00離開房間，不能睡晚一點。其他都是優點。

就意外的乾淨，170的個子可能會覺得空間稍稍小了，小個子寬敞啊…可以體驗… 離地鐵站很近，離鬧區隔條小河，鬧中取靜。

Kアリーナでのイベントに参加した際に利用しました。 立地が横浜駅から近く、交通の便がよかったです。 館内も清潔で快適でした。 注意点としては、連泊の場合毎日10時までにカプセル内を空にしなくてはいけないところ、ロッカーが結構狭いので大きめのバッグを持ってきた時は取り出しに苦労するかもしれないところです。

事前にコンセントにUSBタイプがあるかどうか 確認の電話をしたのですがありませんコンセントのみです と言われたのでコンセント刺すタイプの充電器買いましたが部屋にUSBコンセントありました わざわざ電話して聞いた意味がありません 適当に言わないでください しっかり把握しといてください
