Clean and pretty new. Big room.

Best hotel I've went to so far in Yilan! Loved the spacious room and bathroom - was surprised to see two televisions in the room haha. Everything felt luxurious and clean! What's most important is the super King bed - had a really good sleep :) Pretty convenient located nearby restaurants and shops!

We thought this hotel has a spa. It does not. You need to walk to the other Gamalan hotel to use their rooftop spa- open only 5-9 pm with only Very hot water- over 44 c - with no signs indicating the temperature level. There is also a third Gamalan in town that we did not have access to- next to the Starbucks. Maybe that one has a spa? The staff was friendly and helpful/ especially the breakfast staff. There is really only Asian breakfast- not Western- but ample with good variety. Our room was nice sized with big windows and a large spa pool in the bathroom. No jets- just for soaking. We ended up going to other hotels for their spas - and founds some nice ones. Just not at our hotel.

We are really enjoying the stay here. The spring bath is really nice and room is big.

Very near the station about 10 minutes walk. You will get a voucher to change for freshly cooked food using the hot spring just beside the hotel entrance but it closes by 8PM so make sure you check in by then. Hotel room is spacious and clean! Great price for the room! Breakfast is decent and sufficient.

Staff of the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. When it's bedtime and I lied on my bed, and I could still see the light in the hallway from under the door which made me wonder...and couldn't help feeling scared..

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown. The staff members are professional and friendly. What impresses me most is the way in which the hotel staff demonstrates the use of hot spring to boil some veggies.

The location is good and the restaurant for breakfast is wonderful. In addition, the hot spring facility in the room is terrific.

Location is very good, with shops and eateries nearby. Hotel room is clean, spacious too. With free flow of coffee at the lobby. Love the vegetarian breakfast. The only setback is, there is only one lift in the building. Me and my family waited for quite sometime for the lift upon check out.

Amazing experience. The hotel is new, clean, comfy with full amenities. The room is spacious, comes with private hot spring, and fully automated Toto toilet bowl. Highly recommended.

Room was bright and clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a huge hot spring bath in the room. The hotel provided vouchers which can be used to exchange for egg or veg to cook in the hot spring outside the lobby. Good location. Walked along the main road at night, there were a lota of shops and street food.
