Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung, das Ding war nett, vor allem Marianna, sie waren bereit, mit allem zu helfen. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, gemütlich, mit allem, was Sie in sich brauchen. Frühstück hatte alles, was ich für Sie beantragen konnte, von lokaler Marmalade bis zu Eiern, Bacon, Cream-Käse. Ich empfehle Ihren Aufenthalt hier, und jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Yerevan zurückkomme, ist das, wo ich bleiben werde!

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Super hotel très récent situé idéalement au centre de Yerevan. Tout est accessible à pied très rapidement, la place de la République ou bien l'avenue du Nord piétonne et touristique. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, la literie est de qualité, et la douche puissante et excellente. Tout est fourni pour la toilettes, ainsi qu'une théière avec café et thé renouvelé chaque jour, ainsi que de l'eau minérale. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme buffet, c'est très abondant, il y a vraiment tout ce que l'on peut désirer, les oeufs sont cuits à la demande, tout est très frais et très bon. Sans aucune restriction, le personnel de l'hôtel est extrêmement aimable, que ce soit au restaurant ou bien le personnel d'entretien, mais mention spéciale aux jeunes filles de la réception qui se mettent en quatre pour satisfaire vos demandes et jours avec le sourire. Le rapport qualité-prix est extrêmement correct. C'est une excellente adresse à recommander pour un séjour à Erevan, personnellement, j'y reviendrai certainement lors de ma prochaine visite.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel. Es ist lückenlos. Der Pool war fantastisch und das Personal war sehr professionell. Versuchen Sie, ein Zimmer vor dem Hauptplatz zu fragen. Die einzigen Hütten waren, dass das Hotel wollte mich für eine frühe Eincheckung bezahlen. Ich habe es nicht gefallen und geweigert und etwas düster und konnte frühzeitig kostenlos überprüfen!! Die Getränke waren auch preiswert im Hotel, aber wenn Sie über die Straße gehen, sind sie die Hälfte des Preises. Ich habe den Haarschirm im Hotel spa verwendet und für $40 ich gewaschen, dass grau direkt aus meinem Haar!!! Dieses Hotel ist sehr neu und ist in Geburtstagszustand!!! Ich würde noch einmal dort bleiben, wenn ich je nach Armenien zurückkehren würde !!!

Отличный хостел в центре. Доброжелательный персонал. Распечатали посадочный. Завтрак - шведский стол, выше всяких похвал. Можно выпить чай, кофе в течение дня. Есть вода питьевая. В общих комнатах есть занавески на двухярусных кроватях. Чистота в общих зонах. На кухне можно приготовить/разогреть свою еду.

Ausgezeichnete Zahl, der Preis der Qualität rechtfertigt sich voll und ganz.  Sehr gute Rückmeldung, bei allen Fragen, die wir unverzüglich beantwortet haben, hervorragendes Personal.

I am still waiting if I get refunded for 9000dram as of this writing! I will definitely be back and will be careful this time with the taxi driver! Thanks Mery again for all your help!

Dieses Hotel ist neu, aber es liegt nicht im Stadtzentrum. Es ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 45 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt, aber zur Metro sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war sauber, sehr sauber, ein Lob für die Zimmermädchen!, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem und die bereitgestellten Annehmlichkeiten wurden sehr geschätzt. Ich habe ein Standardzimmer ohne Frühstück oder Mahlzeit gebucht, also kein Kommentar zum Essen. Insgesamt ist meine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel mit 4 Sternen bewertet, ich war angenehm überrascht von dem Serviceniveau und der Unterbringung, die zu einem so niedrigen Preis angeboten wurde. Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall Freunden und Familie empfehlen und freue mich darauf, in Zukunft wieder bei ihnen zu übernachten.

Alles in Kesabella ist alles, was wir in Armenien brauchen, wir fühlten uns sicher, das Zimmer hat alles, was wir brauchen und sicher von seiner sauberen Umgebung entfernt, die Atmosphäre ist sehr homie, das Wetter in dieser Lage ist sehr gut, das Essen war schwach aber erschwinglich. Die Leute in Kesabella sind sehr nett, sie sind näher zu erreichen und kommen, wenn Sie sie am meisten benötigen. Für einen Monat Aufenthalt in Kesabella, wurden sie unsere Familie weg von zu Hause. ❤️ Madame Maral hat die beste Schlampe in Armenien!! Ich kann Coz sagen, ich habe Hausjammen aus dem Supermarkt gebracht, aber nichts schlägt ihre Jams!! Wenn wir nach Armenien zurück sind, wird dies unser Unterkünftesort sein, zweifellos. ❤️ Sie sind wirklich wahr für den Namen ihres Hotels. Kesa (Haus/Haus) Bella (schön) ... wirklich ein schöner Ort. Tipps: Dieser Ort ist mehr oder weniger 5 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Also bereiten Sie sich auf ein Taxi, verwenden Sie Yandex App. Aber sehr nah am Flughafen, so brauchen Sie keine Hure. Der Eigentümer selbst holt Sie und fahren Sie zum Flughafen.. Was können Sie mehr für Recht fragen? Alles ist hier!!!

Gutes Hotel, einfach aber gut. Hier zum dritten Mal gestoppt, Rein. Klimaanlage, auf der Straße war plus 37. Wasser, Teepot, Kühlschrank, viele im Badezimmer aller notwendigen Dinge. Es gibt einen Fußboden in der Nähe der Straße und Geschäfte, natürlich, um viele architektonische Denkmäler. Ich denke, wir werden es buchen, wenn es notwendig ist, in Jerevan zu transplantieren. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit einer Erhöhung dieses Mal, sehr geräumig.
