Choosing a hotel is always a tough task if you are a germaphobe. After researching dozens of hotels, I decided to book Dave Hotel Yerevan. Opened in 2021, the hotel still feels brand new–rooms and common areas are pristine, food is fresh, and staff is happy. In addition, Dave Hotel offers a variety of tours that are personally tailored according to your schedule, preferences and interests. A huge thank you to Arsen who organized an amazing day-tour to Lake Sevan and Garni!! Enjoying panoramic views of gorgeous Armenia while riding a jet ski in Lake Sevan was one of the best travel experiences of my life! I also took an evening-tour in Yerevan. It was Tuesday, yet the city felt like Friday–very vibrant. Republic Square is an artwork, but the observatory is my personal favorite. Although I managed (with the help of Arsen) to see a lot during my 30-hour trip in Yerevan, Armenia has so much more to offer. I can’t wait to come back!

Отель в целом нам понравился. Чистый, персонал дружелюбный. Бассейн подогреваемый. Из минусов: В номере постоянно мигал свет, очень некомфортно для глаз. В детской кроватке вместо матраса было сложенное оделяло, из-за чего ребенок проваливался вниз и просыпался.

服務態度垃圾，感覺你就是孫子！早餐就真的垃圾的不能在垃圾！千萬不要因為早餐住這家店！周邊也不方便，交通不便利。前台服務就是你花錢買了個爹。

酒店在葉裏温大學附近 步行去社會主義大階梯大約20分鐘 沿路是總統府（可能）和大使館區 建築都很漂亮。 酒店服務都很熱情 我們到達時 房間還沒好 前台請我們坐在沙發上 併為我們提供了免費的飲品 無論什麼咖啡 或果汁 都現做給你 我一度以為是要付費的。 酒店是那種精品酒店 不是大型連鎖酒店 但是老闆（經理）非常用心 早餐雖然不能像連鎖酒店那樣規模龐大 但是我們吃了4天早餐 每天都是有不重樣的新菜式 前台和服務人員每次見面都打招呼 很友好。 看到服務員打掃衞生也是一絲不苟 進房間時 特地摸了一下衣櫥裏的每個格子 都沒有灰塵。一般很多酒店衹是表面工程。

很乾凈，服務員會幫我把睡衣摺疊好🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰。早餐很好。打車非常方便。旁邊有個超市。

Das Dave Hotel hat uns in Yerevan auf das Freundlichste empfangen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut geschult und äußerst zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns von den Lippen abgelesen. Bei der Suche nach unserem im Taxi vergessenen Handy wurde uns vsofort geholfen. Einen derart guten Service haben wir bislang in keinem Hotel erlebt… Der Manager des Hotels war stets präsent und um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Seine Restaurationsempfehlungen waren einfach nur grandios! Das Hotel selbst liegt zu Fuß etwa 20 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und ist mit dem Taxi kostengünstig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Hoher Schlafcomfort, sehr leise Klimaanlage… Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind großzügig und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Das Fitness-Center eröffnet in Kürze. Hervorzuheben ist auch das abwechslungsreiche, frische Frühstück und der Barservice mit schönennarmenischen Weinen und einer Vielzahl an Cocktails. Rundum ein hervorragendes Hotel mit großartigen Mitarbeitern in allen Bereichen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

From when I arrived at Dave Hotel until I left, Ani really took great care of me. I arrived a little before check-in but she was able to get my swiftly checked in and gave me so much information about what I needed to make my stay great. The hotel room (Deluxe) was super spacious and well stocked. The bed was really comfortable. My only criticism about the room is the door making entering the bathroom quite awkward. I almost had to enter the shower to get to the toilet. Perhaps a sliding/folding door would be better. My booking included breakfast everyday. Whilst the options changed daily, there were no protein options other than eggs or cold cut meats. I do wish there were sausages/bacon to add to meals and labels with sauces. I also noted that dairy products like butter, yogurts and milk weren’t kept cool. As a result, one day I took bread and individually wrapped butter which I opened and found had mould inside. On my last day, as my flight was in the evening, Ani so kindly allowed me a very late check out and was very helpful with a few other things, like a food delivery I had etc.. Overall, Dave Hotel is a good place to stay, I would probably skip the breakfast when I next come into town, but will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very near to cascades it is just 15mints walk, the hotel is clean and the bed was comfy and if you get lucky you will get upgraded The staff are just so friendly, shout out to Ms. Ani who was so helpful during my stay.. very knowledgeable and will give you good recommendation on what to see The breakfast is traditional Armenian but you can always order… the staff in the restaurant is amazing very helpful… The room was spacious and they even use dove soap in the toilet not the generic ones kudos to that with bidet A plus!… Snacks and grocery store next to the hotel so you won’t get hungry at all They can arrange for tour and massage and if your willing to walk a bit massage is also available near to the hotel. Highly recommended….

Pathetic hotel with awful breakfast. No options of food. Cold stale food. We booked this through holiday factory. And i must say the worst experinec. Indians wil never find anything to eat in breakfast. We paid all the money to holiday factory and they say its non refundable but still we left and paid the whole lot of amount to another hotel and we booked our stay. We left all the food in our plate and ate nothing. We booked our stay for 4 nights in this hotel but we just left the next day. It should not be 4 star.

I had a great experience staying at Dave Hotel Yerevan. The hotel was very clean, and my room was cleaned daily. The food was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan.

The stay at Dave hotel.was part of our holiday package with Holiday Factory. As soon as we entered the hotel we could feel a certain coldness in the attitude of the receptionist. Not sure if she talks to everyone like this or just the Holiday factory guests. We were made to wait to check in even though we arrived before many other guests. For every request her standard response was - talk to your company. Our family of 4 was given 2 twin rooms even though we requested for double room. It is only after we requested holiday factory, they rearranged the beds into double bed. The facilities in the room were average. We were given a total of 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets for 4 night stay! They refused to restock it. The behaviour of the staff remained largely aloof. The breakfast was fine. Overall it didn't really feel like a 4 star experience.
