Die Umgebung war alles sauber, aber es war zu weit von der Innenstadt von Kusatsu entfernt. Die Fahrt mit dem Auto dauerte 2 Stunden. Ich denke, es wäre gut für Leute, die einfach nur eine heiße Quelle nehmen möchten.

Room is nice and clean with the super river view. We purchased the meal kaikesi from the hotel, the taste was great and boss lady was very nice and friendly.

Wanted a traditional ryokan experience and this ryokan ticked all the boxes! Service was so personable, and the food was so so delicious. Rooms were of decent size as well. Can’t recommend this enough. FYI that there is a pickup service from Yudanaka station to the ryokan. They can send you to the monkey park / Yudanaka station in the morning. If you’re going to the snow monkey park, the ryokan can send your luggage to Yudanaka train station (free) so that you can pick it up when you’re heading from the snow monkey park back to Yudanaka.

My stay at this ryokan in Shibu Onsen was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. The ryokan features private onsen that can be booked in advance, offering an intimate and serene experience. Soaking in the warm, mineral-rich waters while gazing at the surrounding natural beauty was a highlight of the trip. The ryokan’s free shuttle service made exploring the area incredibly convenient. We were easily transported to the iconic Snow Monkey Park, the nearby train station, and other local attractions, which added to the seamless experience. The dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. Both private breakfast and dinner were served in a tranquil setting, with beautifully prepared dishes showcasing the best of seasonal and local ingredients. The flavors were authentic and delicious,

Really nice place to stay if you visit the monkey park and onsen village. Dinner and breakfast were stunning! And the staff were so friendly and helpful.

滿足了我對日式温泉旅館的一切幻想。 設施：我們定的是普通帶浴室的日式房間，但其實也有窗，衹是景色不一樣。房間在日本算大的，但門口有點小，所以沒有什麼攤開放箱子的地方。 環境：我去的時候温泉男女湯已經換了，所以衹體驗了一個，有一個大浴池一個小湯一個露天湯，但最舒服的還是室內的湯，水温最合適。沒有私湯可以預約，但晚一點去就好，幸運的話可以獲得包場體驗。 服務：非常好，酒店有車負責接駁湯田中站到酒店的來回，但要下午兩點後才可以，也有去雪猴公園的線路，但從公園回來是沒有的。酒店特別好，我們剛到酒店發現包落在車站了，工作人員又把我拉回車站讓我拿包，整個車上就我一個人，完全的包車體驗。 早餐和晚餐都很豐盛，看得出是用心的製作了的，但我本身不太愛吃生的東西，所以衹是體驗了一下沒嚐出什麼不一樣。我吃的那天也有牛肉，上了很多道菜，所以不吃哪個也沒關係。預算足夠的還是建議體驗！！！能感受到傳統的日式餐飲

從地獄谷看雪猿後召的士過來車費只需1500円，如果沒有行李是可以散步到酒店的。入住時前台會詢問你晚餐和早餐的用餐時間外，還會問你預計算什麼時間離開，好安排合適的時間送你到湯田中車站。然後服務員會帶你到房間。我們定的套房叫浮雲，設有玄關，入門位置設是洗手間和洗漱的區域，之後有兩張西式的大床，近床尾的位置是1對落地窗，再往內是偌大的日式的客廳，足夠鋪設4人的日式床鋪，客廳也有1整排的窗戶望到酒店主樓和遠處的雪山，然後還有半開放的露台和私家溫泉。我們沒有時間參觀和使用酒店的共用溫泉。房間的溫泉浴溫度適中，夠熱但不過熱，我可以直接坐到沿桶裏，不用踮手踮腳的適應溫度。我們的晚餐設置在1間非常寬敞的包廂內，料理內容10分豐富，蔬菜份量很多，我愛吃肉不愛吃菜的孩子就不高興了，反正我很喜歡，吃太飽到房間後要來1杯咖啡幫助消化。我們房內就有Nespresso的膠囊咖啡機，提供兩款咖啡膠囊，也對我的口味，很好！這次行程走馬看花，未能安排時間在湯畑中站附近走走，感受溫泉街的風味，我們下次會再回來的。

房間超級超級超級棒！餐食特別豐富，好吃，從接駁車開始跟前台服務人員交流，態度非常好。晚餐時間酒店老闆來跟我們打招呼，是位很優雅的日本和服奶奶，店內還有收藏名貴的和服，很值得一看。私湯可以預約，雖然面積不大，但也值得體驗下。轉天退房後有車能送到湯田中站或雪猴公園，如果去雪猴公園的話還會給你一張坐大巴去湯田中站的指引圖，總之是非常好的一次體驗。

酒店坐落在安靜的温泉鄉，非常乾淨温馨的日式風格酒店，房間很大，設施也應有盡有，來日本旅遊的幾天裏住得最舒服的一間酒店。到達車站後會有車來接到酒店，如果第二天要去雪猴公園也有車輛會送上去，行李會幫忙寄存在車站附近的咖啡廳。預訂了早餐套餐，種類非常豐富，有日式也有西式。

머무는 동안 일본어를 하지 못하는 것으로 인한 불편함을 단 1도 느끼지 않도록 모든 호텔의 직원, 사장님이 친절했습니다. 영어로 의사소통이 아주 원활하지 않았지만 전혀 문제 될것이 없었고, 만났던 모든 직원과 스탭의 호의와 친절은 지내는 내내 기분 좋고 감사했어요. 셔틀서비스 덕분에 도착하자마자 짐은 호텔로, 우리는 스노우 몽키 파크로 갈 수 있어서 시간도 에너지도 아낄 수 있었습니다. 조식과 석식을 신청했었는데 금액이 아깝지 않은 정갈하고 깔끔한 음식도 맛있었고요. 가족 모두가 즐겁고 행복한 시간을 보내고 왔어요.
