I stopped here with my partner for a few days after working in Fujian - my return flight was from Xiamen. Good place for taxis to drop off and pick up. Tonnes of restaurants within walking distance. Chinese is the language spoken by staff. Checked in with a little help from a translator app. There's a washing machine and dryer that's free to use on the top floor. Chinese breakfast was fine. Great shower pressure and comfortable beds. I opted for a sea view and enjoyed it. It's 30 min taxi from Xiamen Airport. I'd go back if I'm stopping Xiamen.

Von der U-Bahn-Station Zhenghai Road sind es 18 Minuten zu Fuß, aber die Straße entlang des Weges ist eine Einkaufsstraße, sodass Sie sich nicht langweilen werden.
Es gibt einen Supermarkt (ich glaube, es ist ein 7-Eleven) und ein Restaurant, das Xiao Long Bao usw. verkauft, die bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet sind.

Ich konnte Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern hören, aber das störte mich nicht so sehr.

Sie können zur Zhongshan-Straße laufen und dort ein Taxi für 10 Minuten zum Pier der Insel Gulangyu nehmen. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Da es plötzlich regnete und ich in Schwierigkeiten war, hat er mir freundlicherweise einen Regenschirm geliehen, was wirklich sehr geholfen hat. Die Duschtür ist undicht und der Boden ist nass. Ansonsten gibt es keine Probleme und es ist ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Location: Pretty good (right next to the Zhongshan Road), also quite strategic cause it is close to a mall and subway station (Zhenhai Road).
I'm very satisfied with the fact that my room was facing the Zhongshan Road. I felt quite lucky cause I could see the view of Zhongshan Road every morning and night just from my room window.
Service: Quite friendly, especially the cleaning and the restaurant staff. They are so kind to me and my father.
Although there was a little problem in communication since I can't speak Chinese well, I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Hotel.

Die Lage ist 15 Minuten Fahrt vom Tech Museum entfernt, es gibt einen unterirdischen Park und der Verkehr ist bequem. Es gibt viele Auswahlen, um unten zu essen, um zehn Minuten zu gehen, die ganze Straße zu essen. Es ist, zwei Zimmer online zu reservieren, das Ergebnis ging zum Trennen des Stockwerks, das Gefühl, die Rezeption ist nicht sehr vernünftig, die reservierung von zwei Zimmern muss zusammen sein, das Ergebnis führt zu vielen Unannehmlichkeiten! Ein Gasthausmanager Zhang Liming hat den Eindruck des Hotels gerettet. Der gesamte Hotelsystemprozess ist sehr perfekt, die Rezeption ist auch mit Hilfe von Maschinen ausgestattet, der Bootsverkauf ist für Roboter bestimmt, aber der Servicepersonal ist mir sehr wohl nicht bewusst, was der Service ist. Der Aufenthalt im Zimmer im Norden war sehr kalt. Die Warmheit war zwei Stunden lang noch nicht funktioniert. In einem Kleidung und mehreren Schichten Kleidung hat sich der Kerl in dem Hotelzimmer gekühlt. Die Telefonnummer des Gästezimmers sagte, die Warmheit sei gut, und so weiter, die offizielle Sprache ist unwichtig. Nach einer Stunde rufen Sie die Situation an. Sie sagte, dass die Ingenieurdepartementin eine halbe Stunde wartete und niemand kam. Es war gut, dass Zhang Daiming antwortete. Sie setzte die Instruktionsdepartementin sofort zur Tür zu gehen und sie selbst zu dem Zimmer gekommen war, um zu bestätigen, dass die Temperatur des Windes ausreichend war, aber die Windkraft nicht ausreichend war, Sofort ein Zimmer im Süden wechseln und mir helfen, etwas zu wechseln. Die Techniker haben sich erwärmt, bevor sie nur fünf Minuten lang aus dem Zimmer gekommen sind. Damals dankte ich Miss Zhang für ihre Dienste und versprach, ihren Namen zu schreiben, um sie zu loben, und war zu beschäftigt, bis heute, um diese Karte zu sehen, die sie damals hinterließ, um ihre Kommentare zu ermahnen, zu loben. Hoffentlich haben alle anderen Mitarbeiter in Ihrem Hotel die Einstellung und Fähigkeit, dieses Problem zu lösen, das Problem ist nicht verzögert, um die Bedürfnisse der Gäste schnell zu beantworten, um das Problem zu lösen. Vorteile: Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und bietet einen Abhol- und Bringservice zum Flughafen. Um 4:40 Uhr morgens steht ein spezieller Bus zur Verfügung. Das ist wirklich praktisch für uns, die um 6 Uhr abfliegen: 30 Uhr morgens. Außerdem gibt es einen Bus in 500 Metern Entfernung. Es ist sehr bequem, in die Stadt zu fahren und Büroarbeiten zu erledigen.
Nachteile: Es gibt keine Steckdose zum Aufladen am Bett, um eine zu finden, was beim Duschen sehr umständlich ist Ich muss die Abflusslochabdeckung anheben, um sie wieder in den Normalzustand zu versetzen. Ich frage mich, ob es sich um eine schlecht gestaltete Lochabdeckung handelt.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

JJamesAs per my previous review, this hotel is the best Crowne plaza i have stayed at and one of the best hotels i have found in China. Without repeating my previous review, the rooms are new and excellent quality, the facilities perfect and the staff are exceptional - always friendly and amenable. Special mention for the housekeeping staff who seem to work tirelessly. I travel extensively so i can be fussy and sometimes dismissive of the ‘hotel experience’, but this hotel is really exceptional. I will return for sure

GGastnutzerAt first, we were disappointed because they put us into a small room that we felt was not worth the price we paid for. However, the next day they upgraded our room into a nice one with a separate toilet and shower area. There were wide windows and the view was the quiet road below and two small mountains in the distance. Not bad eh! This was the time we started feeling comfortable and relaxed in our 4 nights of stay here. The bed and pillows were firm and very good to sleep in. Good for relaxing after a long day of touring or working. There was a small dining table as well as some space or area to work and put your other stuff. The toilet is fully automated so it was really comfortable to use. The staff in general were accommodating and the female receptionist manning the lobby was always enthusiastic and helpful. On the other hand, location is far from downtown so it might cost you a bit more if you take the didi often. Also, breakfast fare was sparse when we were there, probably because it was still the tourist season. Not sure though but for whatever reason, when we got to the breakfast nook at around 8am, most of the food was gone. We had to wait for about 30 min for some trays to be refilled with food while the rest simply remained empty. If you don’t like local breakfast, then this hotel’s breakfast is not for you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

GGuest UserDas Hotel liegt auf einem halben Berg und die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Aber der Verkehr ist lästig.Wenn Sie kein Auto haben, ist es nicht empfehlenswert zu bleiben, es sei denn, Sie planen, überall ein Taxi zu nehmen.
Die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Wir hatten einen Superior-Zimmertyp gebucht. Als wir ankamen, wurde uns gesagt, dass der Unterschied zu den normalen Zimmertypen nur die Etage sei. Der normale Zimmertyp befindet sich auf der 3. Etage und der Superior-Zimmertyp auf der Vierter Stock ... ein bisschen sprachlos.

EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

SSarah MarDas Personal des Hotels war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Mann und ich waren im siebten Stock und haben den Mitgliedern der Executive-Etage einen Nachmittagstee bereitgestellt ,ruhig und komfortabel. Wir haben den Nachmittagstee wirklich genossen. Wenn ich etwas vorschlagen kann, würde ich dringend empfehlen, den Teppich im Gästezimmer zu wechseln und den Haartrockner zu erneuern.
Der Service an der Rezeption und anderen Mitarbeitern im Marco Polo Hotel ist sehr herzlich und rücksichtsvoll. Der Hotelmanager Vincent hat uns geduldig bei der Lösung des Problems geholfen. Nachmittagstee im Executive-Gebäude im achten Stock. Obwohl es nicht viele Snacks gibt, genieße ich den Nachmittagstee sehr. Wenn die Hotelzimmer durch neue Teppiche und Haartrockner ersetzt werden können, wird es aufgrund seiner strategischen Lage, ruhig im Trubel und mit Blick auf den See, eines der gehobensten Hotels in Xiamen sein ...

MMacDsOnTourDas Hotel war in Ordnung. Das Bett war für westliche Verhältnisse etwas hart, aber alles war sehr sauber.
Ich kann gar nicht genug Gutes über Herrn Micheal Chen sagen, dessen Englisch außergewöhnlich und seine Höflichkeit unglaublich waren. Er half uns sogar, unsere Fährtickets nach Gulangyu zu buchen! Wenn Sie ihn treffen, fragen Sie nach Fawlty Towers! 🤣
Das Gleiche kann man von einer Dame, die am Frühstücksbuffet arbeitete, nicht sagen. Ich bekam einen Teller Brot zum Teilen und mir wurde gesagt, wenn ich Brot so sehr mag, dann verkaufen sie es!!!! Es kam mir so vor, als würde sie uns jedes Mal mustern, wenn wir etwas essen gingen. Ich bezweifle, dass sie das zu irgendjemandem mit einem Teller voller Knödel sagte. Wir fühlten uns jedes Mal unwohl, wenn wir danach zum Frühstück gingen, und das ist kein Zeichen für ein gutes Hotel. Ich werde nicht nach Xiamen zurückkehren, aber wegen ihr würde ich, wenn ich es täte, ein anderes Hotel wählen.

GGuest UserReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
