Wir waren zur Erholungsreise hier für 3 Tage. Was beim buchen nicht klar war, ist das das Hotel seit einem Jahr Baustellen hat. Ich finde das sollte man vorher kommunizieren. Gestört hat die Baustelle allerdings nicht wirklich. Wir waren auf einem Flur mit jede Menge anderer Familien. Die Kinder der Familien sind auch nachts um 23 Uhr noch schreiend und lärmend durch den Flur gerannt. Da hat auch die eigentlich gute Dämmung der Zimmer nicht mehr funktioniert. Was mich in vielen Hotels stört und auch für wieder nicht anders war, ist wenn ich ein 3 Bettzimmer buche und 3 Leute anmelde, warum sind dann immer nur 2 Handtücher, latschen, Bademantel, Shampoo, Wasser etc. vorhanden?! Immer muss man anrufen und extra ordern und nachlaufen. Die wirklich netten Mitarbeiter haben das natürlich behoben. Außerdem steht beim Frühstück am InfoTV, das am Wochenende Frühstück bis 10.30 Uhr ist. Dem ist nicht so. Es ist nur bis 10.00 Uhr. Ich hoffe dass wird geändert. Das Frühstück selber ist durchschnitt. Im Zimmer gab es Begrüßungsobst, das fand ich nett. Die Zimmer sind groß, das Bett bequem und alles sauber. Die "Terrasse" in der Zimmerbeschreibung ein 50cm breiter Balkon und der "Ausblick" war auch da, wenn man sich über den Balkon nach links gewandt hat. Zumindest zu 1/3. Ansonsten war gegenüber eine Villa.

Super hilfsbereite und nette Mitarbeiter, große saubere Zimmer. Wir waren top zufrieden.

Wir alle vier Familienmitglieder hatten wegen Covid einen kürzeren Aufenthalt als erwartet, mochten aber das Hotel. Die Lokalisierung ist günstig, um entweder auf der Insel oder auf dem Festland zu pendeln. In der Nähe des Flughafens. Die Schwimmbäder sind gut für Kinder und Eltern. Das chinesische Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war hell und sauber (Delux Superior Zimmer mit Meerblick). Ein besonderer und herzlicher Dank geht an Byron und Felix, die uns sehr unterstützt haben und gut Englisch sprechen.

Kids friendly hotel with great playground for kids and an bit outdated spa area with lots of play areas for kids. Everything feels but outdated but still clean and functional. For the value you get the price is fantastic. Service really great and our kids felt very happy and comfortable. Location is ok, no beach in front of the hotel but everything is in close distance and can be reached on 5-10 min by car.

Hotel is very good, clean, complete facility, reception staff is very helpful.

I needed a place to stay close to the Xiamen airport as my flight arrived late at night. This is a very large, sprawling complex, that feels relatively old.

Nice hotel to stay when in Xiamen for work and visiting factories. Unfortunately one of the room had a strong smell of smoke. The breakfast in very good and full of choices, the rooms are big and the bathroom is quite clean. The staff is nice.

The very attentive manager recognized us from a previous visit a few years ago. We were assigned a nicely upgraded room. Beautiful view of the sea. Beautiful sunrises. Extensive breakfast with a very varied choice and good quality. Sufficient choice for dinner.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Fairly good stay, but difficult to access the facilities and navigate the hotel for non chinese speakers.

I love this hotel 🏨 the service is excellent . The staffs are very friendly and helpful .. The buffet breakfast is excellent too. Rate : 10 out of 10 Recommended!

Lovely hotel, excellent staff. Very kind and caring. The swimming pool is very child friendly with lots of amenities. The manager Jo particular helped us a lot.
