Vorteile: Ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn und gute Verkehrsanbindung. Nachteile: Ich habe schon einmal in Meihao Leizhi übernachtet und es fühlte sich gut an, aber die Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen waren stark eingeschränkt. Erstens: Wenn man die Vorhänge im Zimmer öffnet, kann man vom Flurfenster aus in das Haus sehen. Es ist eine seltsame Konstruktion, und die Vorhänge werden tagsüber selten geöffnet. Der Duschkopf im Badezimmer ist gerade und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, den Winkel zu verstellen. Sofern Sie nicht über 1,7 Meter groß sind, können Sie es nur mit der Hand halten. An der Tür hing ein „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild, und ich sagte der Rezeption, sie solle nicht putzen, aber der Kellner kam trotzdem ohne Erlaubnis zum Putzen herein und machte sich an meinem persönlichen Pyjama zu schaffen. Legen Sie die ausgetauschte Unterlage nach der Reinigung auf das Badetuch. Die gesundheitliche Situation ist besorgniserregend. Auch das Frühstück war sehr durchschnittlich. Ich werde das nächste Mal nicht wieder hier übernachten.

Das Zimmer war ganz zufriedenstellend. Allerdings löste sich der Duschkopf plötzlich an der Verbindungsstelle und fiel mitten beim Waschen heraus (Bild 1). Durch den Druck des Wassers flog die Wasserleitung und traf den Körper, was sehr schmerzhaft war . Man kann nur sagen, dass es sich um einen schlechten Zustand und schlechte Wartung handelt. Der Punkt ist, dass das Kissen auf dem Bett tatsächlich Flecken aufwies (Bild 2). Ich meldete es an der Rezeption und rief den Manager an, der sagte, dass ich Flecken auf dem Kissen hatte. Vielleicht können die meisten Gäste nicht widersprechen, aber weil ich immer einen Hut trage, wissen der Manager und der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter leider nicht, dass ich weiße Haare habe (hahaha). Wie kann man Kissen mit weißen Haaren färben? ? ? Der Manager fragte erneut: „Haben Sie etwas, das Sie auf das Kissen legen können?“ Gott, wer kann schlafen, nachdem er genug gegessen hat? Ich sagte: „Mein ganzes Gepäck (ein Rucksack) ist hier, Sie können überprüfen, was da ist, ich ermächtige Sie, es zu überprüfen“, und sie sagte nein. Dann fragte ich weiter, ob noch jemand da sei. Es tut mir leid, aber das ist beleidigend. Ich sagte: „Bitte stellen Sie die Überwachung sofort ein.“ Dies ist das erste Gästezimmer, das der Rezeption am nächsten liegt. Es muss eine Überwachung geben zu beobachten.“ Der Manager war nicht bereit, die Überwachung anzupassen. ! Kurz gesagt geht es bei diesem Service auf der Hotelmanager- und Vorgesetztenebene darum, sich der Verantwortung zu entziehen. Der Service ist schlecht, der Service ist schlechter als je zuvor!

If you have the luggage, it is better to take taxi from Xi'anbei station to the hotel as it is a long walk from Red line to exit H. Overall is good. Room is big. Bed and shower are okay. Staffs can't speak English but they are willing to help.

Very good hotel with friendly receptionist. Room is big. The breakfast is lavish and very good. One day we missed our breakfast as we went out very early at 6am for our tour but they packed breakfast for us. Very kind to give us 2 apples, cucumber, biscuits besides 2 bottles of drinking water. Have also a tour agency near to the lift

The location is excellent and just few steps to connect with Zhonglou Metro ＞＞ Exit H. The staffs Dai Peng Gang 代 鹏 刚 and Dai Shao Peng 代 少 鹏 are enthusiastic to communicate with us, and try to explain hotel benefit including Breakfast and afternoon Tea.

hotel is very clean, and staff are very helpful. great value for money. will stay here again if i am in the area. the tour reception at level one （陕西中超国际旅行社）， miss tang (汤姐）was also very helpful, introducing us to many great fun places, and many good food. i joined her tour groups to terracotta warriors and huashan, price is great value for money and she also helped us avoid tourist traps. thank you miss tang!

The location is very strategic, the room is also big and clean. No complaints.

The hotel location is excellent just less than 100m from Bell Tower，therefore it is easy to get around, and Huimin street is an awesome place to get food. The service is excellent, they are very welcome to serve and answer and help in any way (of course in Mandarin), they probably will have a hard time with English. But, nevertheless they still try to do the best.

We loved the hotel! Great breakfast and afternoon tee! The bed is comfy and bathroom with a good size. We would recommend the hotel to friends.

Location was excellent, near the metro station entrance and many shopping areas. Breakfast was very basic but convenient. There were problems with the bathroom (showerhead holder was broken) so I have deducted points from the ranking.

Clean hotel in excellent location. Rooms are comfortable and the common area is pleasant. The breakfast buffet is good but only if you want Chinese-style breakfast. Other than poached eggs and toast, there was nothing that resembled western breakfast fare - no bacon, sausages, hash browns, omelette, cheese, cold cereal, porridge, or cheeses - and the only “coffee” was a sweetened whitened liquid from a machine that also dispensed hot Tang orange juice substitute. However, the noodles, fried vegetables and steamed buns were all good.

Booked a suite, location was very good and walking distance to bell tower. There were 1.5 toilets in the room which was very convenient. Service from the staff was good. Self-service laundry was available which made it very convenient.

I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to those who travel with families and even solo travelers. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Xi’an next to the Bell Tower. The cleanness on the high level. the breakfast was very rich and diverse, I’m not even speaking about the tea and snacks during the day and the evening wontons 🤍 And of course the service of the staff: such a supportive and friendly front desk clerks, I’d like to thank specifically Miss Tian for her kind and flexible approach towards the guests. Would definitely choose this hotel again once I’m in Xi’an.
