Nicht wie auf der Website beschrieben. Viele Probleme, sie benötigen VIEL Wartung. Musste das Zimmer wechseln, die Tür ließ sich nicht abschließen und stank unangenehm. Das nächste Zimmer war schön, aber das Fenster war undicht und konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Die Wäsche war ausgefallen. Nur 1 Bar und 1 Restaurant vor Ort, nicht 2. Die Bar hat nie geöffnet. Das Frühstück bestand aus Obstriegeln und Orangensaft. Warum die Mühe. Hätte eine Rückerstattung von mindestens 300 erhalten sollen, was den Preis NICHT wert ist, das Personal an der Rezeption muss ersetzt werden. Es gibt auch kein Minigolf, sie benutzen es als Haustiertöpfchen.

The room was awesome. The big jetted tub was just what we needed on a snowy winter evening. I used ******* to book it and wish I would have booked directly. I would have got a better deal. Still the hotel is excellent.

beautiful grounds. staff was very friendly. room was very comfortable. Only problems we had were that the fireplace (electric) was not working. It would have put out some heat, but was mainly aesthetic. So it was no big deal as there was another source of heating. And for some odd reason we could not get the TV to turn off. We finally had to unplug it. The remote worked as we could change the channels and volume control worked. It just wouldn't turn off. Other than that - I would definitely recommend this hotel. The attached restaurant, Riley's, was pretty awesome. We had a huge family gathering that basically took up the whole restaurant. They did a fantastic job of serving us and the food was good.

We love this place. Great location for exploring Woods Bay and Bigfork. The 24hr outdoor hot tub and the jacuzzi tub in the room (not all rooms) are the best! Room did seem to need a little help. The fireplace was not working unfortunately and the heating was either too hot or too cold. But we will be back.

The view to Flathead Lake is a terrific amenity. It would be nice if there was a trail or designated route to hike along the lake front.
