If you’re going to stay outside of Kruger National Park, this is a gem in White River located in a residential neighborhood. Very quiet and beautiful area. The staff, facilities and food are all wonderful. They go above and beyond to make you feel happy, comfortable and welcome.

From start to finish my girls and I were pampered by the kind and efficient staff. So generous with their time and hospitality, it really made our busy Safari schedule a wonderful experience, not to forget the amazing food. 5* service and experience.

The best experience I have ever had at a resort. I have never felt more relaxed or more spoiled than I did staying here. The staff are incredible and make you feel at home. The FOOD !! Oh my goodness....was delicious. Our room was quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this resort to all visitors looking for a great place to stay while in the area. I promise you that you too will feel spoiled.

Stille Woning is a decent place to stay, but has some issues: terrible wifi, dark rooms, no cupboards, barking dogs from the neighbour, and unfriendly owner. The bathroom needs touchups and repairs. The staff are amazing, great fruit in the morning, and the garden is lovely.

We stayed here as part of a 3 day tour to Kruger National Park. Our room was immaculate and so cozy. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. It is the ideal place to relax with a glass of wine after a busy and long of being on Safari!

Stayed at Stille Woning earlier this month.. The overall experience was amazing..Food was wonderful and my hotel room could not have been more comfortable..The staff went above and beyond what one would expect..The battery in my watch needed to be replaced and in conversation with Joanita the hotel manager she offered to pick me up an inexpensive watch to get me through the rest of my vacation..Next day she can to my room watch in hand and would not accept payment (a gift from her she said) We have travelled to lots of countries and stayed in many hotels this little gem ranks right up there..We will be back..

A very nice place to stay. Nice appartement, very gentle staff who really helps you with everything and a great surrounding for the evening diners. Next time in White River, I will certainly book Stille Woning again.

This property is lovely in so many ways. Every person on staff is EXCELLENT at hospitality! The meals were varied and wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and it’s a great place to stay if you are visiting Kruger National Park, only about a 40-minute drive away. Due to an airline snaffoo, I did not receive my luggage for several days and the staff were so helpful in trying to get me through that, the owner even drove me down to a couple of stores to get a few items of clothing! I was deeply grateful and able to have a great time despite that setback. I highly recommend Stille Woning!

There is absolutely nothing! but totally amazing things to say about Stille Woning!!!! The staff, the food, the attention, the grounds, the pool, the rooms.....everything!!! There was a cold front when we arrived and each night there was a fuzzy hot water bottle placed in our bed:):). Dinner was different for each of our 3 nights there and on the last night dinner was set outside for all guest by the fire - amazing! Our transport for the safari's was at 5am .....too early for breakfast so they gave "breakfast to go" while our friends staying somewhere else also got "breakfast to go - granola bar and fruit in a bag - we got a lunch box, tupper ware containers, fork, spoon and a knife, spinach quiche, a small sandwich, orange juice, fruit, hard boiled egg, yogurt. The owner (sorry for forgettng her name) was there when we left at 5am and was there when we went to bed. The attention to detail was just amazing!!!!! We even had our names put on our breakfast menu for the day that we didn't leave early for the safari. South Africa has rolling outages but as a guest we were not effected at all - heaters in the common areas, flash lights in the rooms, absolutely delicious meals prepared without electric, etc. In case I didn't say it enough - this is the ONLY place to stay when going to Kruger National Park!!

Best experience, great accomodation, great staff, great food! And Lucille who owns and runs the place is the best! If you want a very nice place to relax, Stille woning is the place to be! You are in very good hands here!

The staff was very friendly! Beautiful B&B. The room we had #11 was dark and very cold. Keep in mind that it is winter in South Africa in July. We did have a small but inefficient heater. That could not keep up with the cold. The Load shedding (rolling blackout) did not help, evening and morning for 3 hours. When this happened it was dark, they did NOT provide flashlights or torches so be prepared! We did have one with us knowing this from experience. There are heated beds but no one told us about this until our second night when they pulled out the controllers for us to find. however, since the load shedding started at 9 pm we still could not use them efficiently. This B&B is in the middle of a neighborhood so there were problems with barking dogs just on the other side of our room. #11. The food was good according to my friend. I am a pescatarian and ate side dishes but did have some fabulous fish the 1st night (this was a 3-night stay). The only morning we were able to have Breakfast was our last day, and it was good.

Suffice to say I don't have anything good to write here. No air conditioning. No fridge in the room. No 2 pin plugs to charge phone, razor, toothbrush, etc. You have to go look for someone to allow you yo leave. Maybe I've said enough. You'll do better elsewhere spending your money. And ......... this place isn't cheap either. No, never again and this place came recommend.

The service that we received by Lucille is amazing :) She helped my clients during the protests in Hazyview even thought they were not meant to stay with her that night. I'm very greatful for your help, Lucille. I won't hesitate to recommend Stille Woning to future clients.

We were disappointed, that the wide countryside was not to be experienced in this B&B. The outside area to relax is small with little sun and no view and the swimming pool looks not inviting with its dark color. It is located between other houses/ woningen. The fotos look better than real. The room is spacious, the WiFi is good, service very attentive. Next time we would prefer a river-lodge.
