The hotel staff has excellent service attitude and the room is very tidy and comfortable. The only drawback is that it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk from Shinkansen Station. If you have luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi at Nagoya Station.

Room is clean and staff has noticed to my request and arrange accordingly which is very nice. Location also convenient 8 mins walk to Nagoya station.And everytime we passed by the beautiful river is going from / to the hotel which is also a very nice experience👍🏻

The overall experience was very nice! It is very close to our car rental shop. We can go to Donki in a 5min walk and lots of restaurants are aside with good quality. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. We especially love the showering area in our room which is spacious than expected.

we book the room with breakfast, however, the staff didn't tell us where is it until we come back and ask for it, then she requested our room number and checked the key card and pass us the breakfast coupon. NEXT. the day we checked out and took the car in the car park, the staff in car park asked us we have live in JAL City and should have the living proof to get the discount, otherwise we need to pay 5600 YEN for a night!!!!!! it's the same staff who didn't tell us all of the detail. the lady with glasses!!!!! Breakfast not worth the price. Compare with Narita JAL City. definitely not come back Nagoya one!!!

The room is spacious comparing to other hotels in Japan, only the location is not that convenient.

Overall the room type that we booked were value for money, the location is close to the subway line, and surrounding with heaps of mini marts and restaurants, feel safe to walk on the street during night time. Recommended, one down side it isn’t has a laundry service in the hotel, I had to carry my clothes to coin laundry which 8 minutes walkable distance, not too bad

Clean and tidy, close to fish market and other stores, 10mins walk to Nagoya Station

they did not provide new towels and bottled water to me if the privacy light was on.

The facilities are excellent, and the room is clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, then we kept a suitcase at the hotel as we went to Takayama for 2 nights, then checked in at JAL Hotel for another 2 nights. Our suitcase was already in the room when we checked in. Hotel staff were nice.

The hotel is located near a Mega Donki shop. Clean and nice service.
