This hotel is absolutely amazing, maybe one of the best ones I’ve been to when it comes to value for money. First off it smells amazing, and apparently they have a special scent made only for them. The rooms are huge and decorated in a way that feels welcoming and at home. The restaurant has good food and you get a free wine coupon and 10% discount upon check in. Location is good, close to both metro and tram to accès the old city/ city center within 20 minutes with public transport. The old city being even closer. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the bathroom even has glaring body wash and shampoo, never ever seen that before !! I even extended my stay by one extra night because I enjoyed the stay so much. Would definitely recommend !

Die Kunstausstellung, die wechselt, ist super. Die Ausstattung meines Zimmers überragend schön und gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet nachhaltig und aussergewöhnlich umfangreich. Es wird sehr viel Wert auf gesunde Lebensmittel gelegt. Optisch super angerichtet.

Das Hotel kann man nur empfehlen.
Einfach perfekt und eins der besten Hotel was wir je besucht haben, ob Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Service einfach Mega Hammer.
Wir buchen es auf jeden Fall wieder bei Besuch in Warschau.

Vi hade inte tillgång till restaurangen pga abonnemang. När det inte var abonnerat var det för få gäster för att ha restaurangen öppen!

Nice and quite hotel. The rooms are clean, beautiful and comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful. They serve tasty breakfasts at a lovely patio. Guarded parking just over the street. I was there on a business trip and definitely will come back there next time

THIEF!!!!they steal money from the wallet!!!!dont leave money!!!! And the staff was angry when tryed to complain!!!when we came back to say that we are missing money they dont even call manager. They dont have cameras in colidor. We know exactly amount of money that we had!!!

I had a nice welcome at reception and given all the information I needed for my stay. My room was modern and cosy. There was a good selection of food at breakfast; my only feedback would be that I’d have liked some warm options too (for example bacon or warm sausages).
