Liked the staff a lot. They only have valet parking and its hard to drive into the property unless you are coming south on Main St. From the South, you have to drive past it, make U-turn, then you can drive to the entry. Parking is $30 a day if you drive.

Valet employee was really rude! Front desks clerks were amazing, room was nice and quiet until 8am when the cleaning crew came to clean rooms, very noisy to where you can’t sleep in. Parking price is ridiculous $30.00 a night for parking?! Room is already $200 a night.

Marriott never disappoints. Rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was delicious. Good Starbucks coffee in the morning. I would definitely go back

Terrible experience. Would not recommend. Manager of Marriott Walnut Creek is unprofessional and rude. Charged us twice for rooms after paid by ******* she blamed ******* and charged additional incidentals that were not ours.

I booked all of our rooms and stay thru *******. Marriott Walnut Creek charged us for an extra room and tried to say ******* did not pay them. The Manager Eliana was very rude and unprofessional. I had to pull up my confirmation form *******. After 2 hours they finally reversed the charges and said it will take 5 business days to receive. Marriott Walnut Creek Management and Front desk need training. They did same to my employees staying there the next day. Charged 600.00 on incidemtals and an extra room charge. Still disputing with them. Leticia was great, she should be manager as she is very helpful. The others should be sent to trading. We’re now staying at Napa Marriot and driving an extra 45 minutes to job site and all is smooth.

Valet did not attend to our car in a timely manner upon arrival and then said “sorry…”. Room had a broken tv service which was evident because tv controls not wrapped up and cable was disconnected. One lobby elevator set of buttons was not working. Was told buffet will be served next day. No buffet and not enough staff so breakfast was served over 1 hr from arrival. During check out, only question asked was regarding e-mail of receipt. No questions regarding stay and never received the final receipt for room via e-mail. I have been to this Walnut Creek Marriott before and the service and hospitality were good. Very disappointing.
