It was all very quiet, clean and comfortable.

The staff was rude. I booked for 3 people. They only had a king bed available. I asked for roll away. And she said she could provide an extra blanket so I could sleep in floor. Never again will holiday inn get my business.

Most of the hotel is fine. Room itself is fine, breakfast great. Hard to sleep and be comfortable as you can hear every word of people talking, laughing, watching tv next room. Low water pressure, especially in accessible wand where needed. Tv remote hard to use. No good movie channels compared to other hotels.

I truly enjoyed my stay it was very pleasant the concierge was extremely friendly and checked me in quickly. Upon entering the room I could smell the cleanliness and cleaned stocked towels. Breakfast had variety of food choices and the coffee was great. As I was leaving to check out the next day one of the cleaning staff greeted me very politely. Walking through the hall to leave I could smell the cleanliness of the facility and appreciate it. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future.

Overall very good stay. Everything we needed we had. At check in we got extra linens offered for pull out bed. Breakfast was good too. Appreciated. Couple of things could be better. Pool was in disrepair and cleanliness could have been better.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Very clean, check in was very easy and front desk was super nice. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. After a long day of driving it was a great stay. Breakfast in the morning was really good too.

Pool was not working. Only 1 elevator (other was out of order). Cold shower one morning. Breakfast was MEH. Lights were out when we pulled up the first night. Very overpriced for lack of functioning things and the area.

Great hotel. The only thing negative about our stay was that only one of two elevators were working during the weekend. The hotel was at full capacity so there were long waits for the one elevator at times...especially during the Sunday checkout times.

This was a super clean hotel with very friendly staff. With a excellent breakfast we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice new property. The beds are a challenge...too tall. My daughter who is 4' 10" could not get into bed. Had to move bench next to bed so she could climb up

The pool didn't work and the room had mold in the Air Conditioner, which had to be ran because it was so hot. It gave us all headaches. It did have a small exercise area. It did also have Turkey Sausage for breakfast which is a welcome change. There was no shuttle to and from the airport. There were restaurants nearby.

I wish the pool had been open. That was part of the reason I stayed at this location.

For a one-day stay, there was easy check-in & parking. Great check-out hours. Helpful staff to check-in and out. Friendly & helpful breakfast gentleman. Wi-Fi is not secure. Shower door didn't keep water from flowing out to the floor.
