Is not a 4 stars Hotel. The rules of hoteleries is very clear in how and what to demand according to hotel stars . Build a spa and give a breakfast is just ” normal duties ” now days. Hotel clarion unfortunately went down in class dramatically, spoiled of the high tourist the quality of the hotel went down. Rooms the beds are very uncomfortable,once you inform te desk no action, but just this is our bad ,we have not heard this complaint before , wrong. You can't charge the ipad without the key, don't come is for the environmental, because is no true , but if I go for a walk a want charge my ipad I should be able without sticking other card Inside. The bar ,changing from sofas to bar chair and table is very wrong, this bar is built for relax is not a pub . Voucher , this is a general complaint to all the Clarion , is not up to you or my health if with my Voucher I want pay a beer ,otherwise give me a credit on the price or accumulate the money and I can use when I want . Final comment. Sorry you went from 4 star to a 3 over rated star hotel

Sehr erlebbar ist ein kleines Holzhaus, obwohl es Mini ist, aber alles ist ausgestattet, es gibt ein kleines Garten! Wenn ein vierer zu teuer ist, dass es kostenlos ist! Aber für eine Nacht, wenn Sie das nächste Mal kommen, müssen Sie noch mehr Tage vorzeitig buchen! Als ich ging, traf ich die Mitarbeiter, die das Rennen begeistert hatten, und hilf mir auch, das nächste Hotel zu suchen! Eine tolle Erfahrung! Ihr Sohn mag es auch! Es ist wichtig, dass Bettwaren (Bettpackungen mit Schnüren) auch für die Waschbecken selbst angeboten werden oder sie um eine Miete zu bezahlen, die auch in den meisten Menschen oder Wohnungen in Nordeuropa üblich ist!

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, sehr hilfreich Rezeption Team. Ein Beispiel für die hilfreichkeit, wir kamen um 6 Uhr und ich fragte, wann wir erwarten, ins Zimmer zu Check-in, um unseren Tag zu planen. Die unerwartete Antwort war, dass wir Ihr Zimmer zuerst reinigen, sobald das Reinigungspersonal ankommt, so um 9:30 Uhr können wir ins Check-in. Der Kunde im Zentrum bei der Lösung von Problemen statt hinter den Politiken zu verstecken, erstaunliche Einstellung!

The service of hotel is very good, the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and the breakfast at the hotel is also delicious. Furthermore, the hotel room was very comfortable to stay in, with good scenery and close proximity to the bench.

Fabulous location near enough to the port to be walking distance, but far enough away for it to be peaceful. We had room 22 - family room with sitting area - and it was great! Lovely decor, comfy beds, small fridge with tea making facilities. Breakfast was out of this world - Swedes love their brekkie, however in 2 weeks of touring this was the most outstanding! Viggo made our stay even better by being super helpful and a mine of knowledge about local restaurants and places to visit. Thank you! Parking is available opposite for a small fee. 2 hours a day free.

Wunderbares Hotel, perfekte Lage nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von Stora Torget. Saubere, gemütliche Zimmer, fantastisches Frühstück, angenehmes Personal, sehr vernünftig bezahlt. Viel Straßenparkplätze verfügbar, als wir da waren (beginn Mai). (*) Es gibt jedoch etwas, das wir gerne aufmerksam machen möchten. Um Wasser zu erhalten, ermutigt das Hotel seine Gäste, ”Nein zu Zimmerreinigung sagen”, Waschhandschuhe und Bettwäsche auf ein Minimum zu halten. Groß in der Theorie, vor allem wenn Sie nur ein paar Nächte da sind. Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt und hätten unser Zimmer gern ein bisschen aufgetaucht (jetzt bezahlen wir den Service). Da kein Personal ins Zimmer kam, um unser Aufenthalt zu beenden, mussten wir Toilettenpapier und Duschegel jagen, und unsere Müllmühle war überflüssig. Glücklich konnten wir den Empfangsmann halten, bevor sie für den Tag verließ, um eine neue TP-Rolle zu bekommen. Die meisten Hotels sauber Zimmer täglich, und ändern Handtücher, wenn die Gäste das bitten. Die Universal ”werfen Sie Handtücher auf dem Badezimmerboden, wenn Sie neue wollen” hätte gut funktioniert bei Hotel Slottsbacken. Wir waren mit dem Gefühl verlassen, dass wir während wir versuchen, um Umweltbewusst zu sein, wir den Reinigungsmann einen kostenlosen Pass geben. Das sagten wir, wir würden absolut wieder im Hotel Slottsbacken bleiben, wenn wir jemals nach Gotland zurückkehren.
