Friendly staff and room was clean. It’s a good location for stopping overnight

Good location and facilities but staff not helpful when we want to change room because some function of current room no operate but receptionist did not agree. Dissapointed

The hotel is very nice. The hotel is clean. The staff speaks English well enough. The staff is accommodating on my request. Was able to exchange money. Wifi is good. Breakfast is very good. Exercise room had broken machine they are fixing. Housekeeping is excellent. Location is centrally located downtown around many good restaurants. Pizza shop right next door is helpful for quick acceptable meal. The coffee house is close by for good Vietnamese coffee. Excellent place to stay for foreigners. I enjoyed my stay there. I will stay there on my next business trip.

Hotel give the room to me is not I book the room type,the room is old one time only

Красивый отель, обслуживание отличное, приветственное пирожное в номере, кондиционер работает хорошо. Но некоторые розетки в номере не работали и видно, что номера не новые.

여러모로 좋기는 하나, 여타 다른 동급 하노이 호텔에 비해서 냉방이 약한 편에 속하고 조식도 부실한 편에 속헙니다~ 직원들은 친절합니다

정말 깨끗하고 싸고 넓고 최고였습니다. 다시 오고싶은 숙소입니다. 조식은 조금 아쉬웠지만 다른 부문은 모두 무척 만족스러웠습니다.

作為老牌五星酒店，服務是相當出色，但是另一方面，因為設施缺少維護及年代久遠，不免有些破舊及黴味，希望以後可以煥發新的光彩。
