The hotel is new, and room is spacious and clean. The staff is helpful. However, the hotel is quite remote which we were not aware when booking. Also, it is in a newly developed community and not much things (restaurants and attractions ) in the surrounding, and it is quite far from city but close to Highspeed train station.  On the other hand, it was packed, particularly during breakfast, and I guess it is popular place to go with young kids. Breakfast is so-so. As the price is good, we cannot complain more but need to consider transportation cost and time when booking.

The hotel room is clean and spacious, but the location is far from the city centre. However, it's only one stop away from hsr taichung. Convenient for business travellers who only need to have a short stay

This is a good new hotel located at new residential area. Hence the surrounding is nice, looks new and quiet. Albeit quite far from Taichung city centre, the hotel is accesible via TRA (Chenggong Station) after 8 minutes walking. HSR station is only one stop away. There is only one convenience store nearby (Family mart). Hotel staff can communicate in English quite well. Breakfast is good, room is very clean and nice. However there is slight discomfort as the shower room floor is sometimes flooded when in used. Overall would recommend a stay here.

The hotel is very close to the HSR station in Wuri and so very convenient to stay. Hotel looked very new, very spacious, very clean and good service. The best part is that the hotel parking lot had more than 10 EV charging stations, very convenient. The charge is 1$ per minute ( a little high) but surprisingly the charger stopped charging my car only after 20 minutes for no reason and I was not aware of it. So in the morning I had to find a quick charging station to fully charge my car. Hope other EV car owners will not face the same problem.

Room was of good size . Do note breakfast service is not ready and still pending . Must drive or grab food . Hotel provide free coffee or drinks meantime . Very thoughtful. Hotel front counter service is acceptable . Friendly and willing to assist . House keeping still got room for improvement. Hotel location is not really centralized so if you are there for staycation is fine but not for sightseeing as too far out. Surrounding has simple local food .

優點：房間全新，設計很漂亮，有貴妃躺椅，書桌椅，小椅子，還有木地板卧踏區，洗澡前一家四口很有地方可以坐著休息，還有陽台，附膠囊咖啡，衛浴乾濕分離，整體設計很棒，空間也很大，地板也很乾淨，電視頻道小朋友很喜歡，整體硬體部分非常喜歡 雖然地區稍微偏遠，但離市區大約15分鐘車程，且走路出來就有便利商店，也算方便，停車場很不錯，停車方便 缺點：餐廳很漂亮，但座位數不足，即使分流用餐還是覺得擁擠，補菜速度不夠快，服務人員臉都很厭世，沒有服務熱忱，冷盤菜內還有頭髮 二樓有遊戲區跟免費的happy hour,看網路介紹說有很多調酒，飲料，餅乾......現場實際只有二罐糖果，一小壺果汁，一小壺啤酒，並標示非無限暢飲，也就是說喝完就沒了，但有170間客房，這樣的happy hour蠻沒誠意的 大廳有放迎賓茶包跟小餅乾，剛好二盤，也一樣拿完就沒了，櫃檯服務人員服務態度比餐廳好，但也是沒有甚麼熱忱，沒有笑容，可以改善，另外停車出入口雙向出入，兩邊桿子太長，容易刮到車身，建議短一點

烏日璞旅2024年新開幕 飯店2樓備有2種調酒，一種飲料，啤酒以及罐裝汽水，一點餅乾（15：00-21：00）,男女裸湯（三溫暖+spa)，健身房，兒童遊戲區（以上為免費） 付費使用：岩盤浴,KTV 過年期間早餐分3段時間，每一段各2小時，我們選擇退房後使用11：00-13：00,讓第2天可以輕鬆安排（先生先去2小時的三溫暖,爾後退房用早午餐，早午餐對我來說菜色豐富，並沒有最近的評論那樣的差，可能是個人口味問題，happy hour時段，可惜的是人員不夠，常常是看到2樓只有一位招待人員忙裡忙外，讓各項設備及happy hour讓人覺得缺了誠意，紙本，餅乾飲料用完無法及時補上,加上人心的貪婪（竟然有人用房內的水壺裝上啤酒後帶回房內喝），，以這樣的房費有這樣的設備，算是高cp值，雖然在偏遠的烏日，是會回訪的飯店

這是我住第四次了 使用不同平台訂過好幾次房 Trip.com是我比價出來最便宜的（包括官網價格） 並且還含早餐 也或許是因為我是當天才下訂吧 但真的很划算 推薦 烏日璞旅就是很美很舒服 早餐好吃 cp值很高 希望有會員卡給我辦😅

早餐雖有做分時段 但後面時段還是得等前面時段用完餐離開才能入座。用餐座位明顯不足。房間缺少放行李的架子 只能放地上 不是很方便。附近餐廳距離較遠 用晚餐不是很方便。飯店新 乾淨 小孩遊戲間 能讓小孩放電很不錯。

臨時預訂，訂到最後一間228入住、還是豪華四人房！整棟飯店新穎乾淨，櫃檯親切，房間位置還是離電梯很遠的邊間，房門比百貨公司防火門還厚實！228連假滿房狀態，幾乎都是有小孩的家庭，晚上竟然很安靜沒有聽到走廊或是樓上的聲音！淋浴的熱水非常足夠！水壓很穩。床鋪軟硬適中，不會陷下去，起床沒有腰痠背痛。早餐在一樓，自助式，樣式很多，也很好吃，擔仔麵湯頭極好！可惜用餐只有一小時（飯店管控人流）。男女裸湯7點就可以進去了，水溫42度，湯屋也很乾淨腳踩沒有沙沙的、水池也沒有頭髮，環境非常安全具有隱私！2樓兒童遊戲室不大，但溜滑梯、球池、繩梯夠小貓小犬放電😉，旁邊還有家長可以看電影的區域、健身房，不會離孩子太遠，很貼心！真要說缺點，晚餐要到800公尺處才有商家，距離遠了些。以上，一定會分享給親友！

旅館很新,Trip.com價格很好,房間比一般旅館較大,設備良好,房價包含早餐,早餐豐富選擇很多,餐飲人員服務優良。二樓有兒童遊樂室,活動中心包括男女裸湯大浴場,健身房等等,免費啤酒果汁餅干。旅館所在地點比較偏僻很安靜,離台中新烏日高鐵站搭計程車大約150元,離台鐵成功站400公尺走路7分鐘。櫃台人員有改進空間。

入房間第一眼看見被子尾有類似鞋印的黑色團，跟床的兩邊留有拾幾條頭髮，再看茶水櫃的杯子，還留有使用過的污跡，咖啡漬印在杯口內外，是用過沒有清詰，太不衞生了，打電話到前台叫服務員來更換，開門見一個衹會説英語的外勞工，一進來就把被丟在地上，直接在地上換上新的被袋，然後直接蓋回床上，真的大開眼界，以後還是選別家酒店好了。
