Wood is not provided. - The fireplace in Hare is currently unavailable for guest use. - Both refrigerators are apartment-sized - There are NO dishwashers on site, dish racks are provided in each kitchen. - The ceiling fan in Tortoise can't be turned on independently from the lights for the whole room. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional one beyond bed count. A trifold floor mattress and additional linens can be found in the closet. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located in front of each unit. - Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
