Had standing water in the bathroom several days, and maintenance could not figure it out, manager was very rude when we checked in because our room wasn’t cleaned yet. And she thought we were there before check because her clock wasn’t set forward (daylight saving time I’m guessing )and I said to her I don’t like how your talking to me, after she told me to sit down in the lobby til my room was ready ( rudely). After I said I don’t like how you’re talking to me she said I’m the general manager and you can go to another hotel. We had one towel in our room, and they were out of clean ones each time I asked. We left after 4 days, and at 9 am the manager won’t not come out to check us out, it wasn’t during normal business hours. It was not a good experience, hopefully they get better, the maintenance said it was a fairly new hotel. Maybe they will get in a better rhythm of laundry, guest interactions, and maintenance investigate of issues. The maintenance man was kind, and very apologetic for the issues of the water pooling up.
