As soon as I arrived in Venice on the 12/30th, I called the Hotel, requesting the cancellation, because my wife was not feeling well (suspected of COVID19). I was informed that I should contact *********** to request the cancellation and the possibility of a partial refund or even a credit towards a future stay. I made contact with *********** 3 times and the Hotel's response is that it would not be possible to refund or credit. I was very sad and upset. After all, it was $547.00 that I lost and the Hotel did not use common sense in the analysis of my case. That's why I don't recommend it. Bad experience.
