Schreckliches Hotel überhaupt nicht einverstanden mit der Bewertung 😩 Schmutz, Gestank und Armut

Zuerst bekomme ich ein inaktualisiertes Zimmer, das nicht den Bildern entspricht, die ich ausgewählt habe. Das Bett war so schlecht, als ich darauf saß, dass ich fast auf den Boden fiel. Ich ziehe um und liege hier bei 3 Grad mit 3 Socken auf einer Mütze und 3 Lagen Klamotten. KEINE HEIZUNGEN ARBEITEN. Das Bett war nur mit einem Laken gemacht und ich schaffte es, eine zusätzliche Decke zu bekommen. Nicht viel helfen. Das Zimmer stinkt und das Telefon funktioniert nicht, um ein Taxi zu rufen. Es sieht überhaupt nicht wie auf den Fotos aus. Befleckte Wände, kaputte Vorhänge, schmutziges Zimmer, Badezimmer ohne heißes Wasser und offene Shampooflaschen der vorherigen Gäste. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht (es gab keine Fernbedienung) Das einzig Gute ist die Verbindung nach Venedig

Kein Fernseher (kaputt), aber keine große Sache, wir hatten das Pech, das Dachfenster zu schließen und konnten es danach nicht mehr öffnen, nicht einmal sie. Kleine Dusche, man dreht sich nicht so um wie man möchte, 2 Nächte mit sehr lauten Nachbarn bis früh in die Nacht, Ventilatoren der Klimaanlagen draußen sind auch laut, wenn sie laufen. Ansonsten alles vor Ort.

Ich glaube nicht, dass das Zimmer, in dem ich wohnte, sehr sauber war.

Bueno por calidad precio no esperaba mucho, pero la cama estaba muy mal, el copete estaba sucio en mal estado y el colchón estaba hundido de un lado. Lo único bueno es que estaba muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la parada del bus.

Buen Hotel. Buena ubicación. Parecía una casa. Diferente al resto. No estaba mal.

Really moldy,very bad smell, the bathroom is broken and furiture is broken the chek-in took an eternity . I strongly recomend to come here especilly if you have allergies. DONT PICK THIS HOTEL. I made a rewiew for a night that i stayed and the staff had diffficultes with english.

It’s disgusting. DONT COME HERE ITS MOLDY DURTY AND SMELLS LIKE TRASH. Mold in the bathroom on the walls, on the roof, and in the shower. The shower doors are broken. There are a lot of ANTS in the bathroom. Dirty bedsheets. Not clean at all. Trash in the closet. A lot of dust, it look burned.

The hotel kappa is about 30 minutes from Venice on a number 2 bus across the road from hotel, that's about all that is good about this hotel, we changed rooms three times, the first on 2nd floor smelt of sewage drains, the 2nd room 102 on the 1st floor had cigarette ash all over the bed, the 3rd room smelt like an ashtray but we left the windows wide open which helped with it, we did this each day. The first use of the shower the tray was full to the brim with water it did not drain, I used the toilet brush as a plunger to unblock the hair in it, the shower rail that holds the shower hose broke. The radiator had a pot under it to catch the leaking water from TVR (adjuster) so I turned it off and the leak stopped. The plug sockets are screwed to the top of the wardrobe via extension lead, the wooden floor needs renewing- didn't walk on it without flip flops. The room is in need of a refurbishment, as is the hotel. This is a shame because location is quite good, the drawers had clothes tags from previous people, you could write your name in the dust above bed, when manager came to us in the morning she seemed surprised we were staying the three nights that we booked, on last night I had to wake night porter who was asleep to the side of reception to get him to tell room 102 to turn TV off at 3 in the morning( lucky him ours didn't work). All in all a complete s***h**e of a place. Never will return to this hell hole. I would give minus rating if I could.

HORRIFIC. Extremely shady. For two female travellers it was an immediate no, booked another hotel as soon as we saw the rooms. First room didn’t even have a window just a pathetic little skylight which you couldn’t even see out of it was so dirty. Air con and bathroom light both broken. Worst part was this creepy little door in the room (taped shut???) Second rooms had a smashed in cupboard and the door would not close properly. Not to mention the receptionist could barely be bothered to be there with headphones in at all times and the entire place stunk of cigarettes. Not at all like the pictures. Unbelievable scam.

Dirty room, bathroom dirty and stinky, staff didn’t speak English or Italian. THIS HOTEL IS RATED 3 STAR, but it doesn’t get even closer to a quarter of 1. The room has real old and dirty bed sheets. Cigarettes smell all over the place. Not cheap for what it is

This hotel is really not worth staying more than one night. It’s not very expensive, however, there’s no housekeeping service whatsoever. I had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. The noise is unbearable in this hotel. It is so noisy and they do absolutely nothing about it. There is no television or air conditioning as they Put on their brochures so keep that in mind. If you want to come for a few nights (which I have been here 4) bring earplugs, and a sleep mask that’s the only way you’re going to get any sleep around here. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the bus stop is across the street to Venice

SMELL like cheap hostel !! On pictures its looks romantic place but reality is opposite In rooms smell cigarettes !! We move straight away to other hotel but they won’t return money ! So if you want to lose your holidays welcom to kappa
