Ausgezeichnete Lage und bequem, um alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Personal freundlich und immer erreichbar. Zimmer über den Erwartungen und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Für eine zukünftige Rückkehr nach Venedig zu berücksichtigen

Es ist ein wenig weit vom touristischen Zentrum Venedigs entfernt, aber es ist immer noch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und das heiße Wasser war gut. Die Heizung funktionierte gut, war aber etwas schwierig einzustellen. Auch als ich fragte, ob es möglich sei, den Mikrowellenherd zu benutzen, waren sie sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Nice location near the water , we for the room on the ground floor next to the dining hall so privacy was not great and couldn’t really open the windows as any guests in the dining room could see straight into ours

超級滿意！！！酒店外觀古香古色，內部更是古典奢華風！房間有天頂壁畫，體驗一把古代貴族的生活。各種設施也很齊全，有拖鞋，燒水壺，浴缸等，很多四星級酒店都沒這麼全的。周圍環境很安靜，床品也舒服，真的超推薦這家酒店

我覺得是招待所的那種感覺，因為當天訂房時間匆忙。單人間很小，而且比較舊。設施不要有期待。

Das Hotel spiegelt venedig gut wider: alles da, aber alles sehr beengt und etwas rüstig. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert, ist aber relativ laut. Die Lage in der Stadt ist gut, alles ist mit kurzen Wegen gut erreichbar. Im Zimmer ist es ruhig (kein Lärm von draußen), aber leider sehr hellhörig. Unser Zimmer war leider sehr klein, das Bett war zu kurz und das Bad ist mit geschätzten 3 qm winzig. Leider teilweise auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber obwohl Renovierungsarbeiten stattfanden, wurden die Gäste davon keineswegs gestört. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist durchschnittlich.

Das Hotel ist aus unserer Sicht in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert: Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein (für Venedig normal), aber sehr schön eingerichtet und auf modernem Stand. Die Rezeption ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend (unserem Wunsch nach Zimmerwechsel wurde gleich am Folgetag entsprochen), hilfsbereit was Tipps und Veranstaltungen angeht und stets für alle Anliegen offen. Das Frühstück in Büffetform bietet alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht, und ist verglichen mit anderen Hotels (wir waren schon mehrfach in Venedig) sehr reichhaltig. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit sind hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels in Dorsoduro verschont einen vor massiven Touristenströmen, ist aber trotzdem sehr nah am Zentrum und bei den öffentlichen Wasserbussen. Wir waren fünf Nächte dort und rundum zufrieden.

Nettes sauberes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal.Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet,man ist schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und den Vaporetti.Der Stadtteil Dorsodure ist von Vorteil,da es ruhiger ist als in San Marco.

Wir besuchten dieses Hotel jetzt das zweite Mal und waren sehr zufrieden. Die ursprüngliche Buchung vor der Pandemie wurde uns als Gutschein gutgeschrieben! Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war angenehm. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich . Die Umgebung und das Ambiente haben wir bereits 2018 beschrieben.

Hotel Pausania is located on a quiet canal within a few minutes walk of a vaporetto stop. Walking time to the bus station is approx 15 minutes from where there are buses to the airport, half hourly. There are steps & bridges involved so wheeled luggage can be challenging. St. Marks square is approx 20 minutes walk. The hotel is a beautifully restored 14th century palazzo with painted ceilings & chandeliers. For relaxing, there is a garden & a light filled lounge overlooking the canal. The beds are comfortable & daily housekeeping means that everything is spotless. Buffet breakfast, taken in a room overlooking the garden, has a good selection of cold cuts, cakes & fresh fruit. What makes the Pausania really special is the staff, all very cheerful & helpful, even before you arrive! Wanting to find the vaporetto route to Murano & unable to do so on-line, Mauro on reception provided the details. We previously stayed at the hotel in March 2023 & this visit was as good. We plan to return to Venice for Carnaval next year & wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

After a significant amount of time browsing our requirements & reviews for several hotels in Venice, I settled on Hotel Pausania for our 4 night stay at the end of January, and we're very glad I did. Reviews are hit and miss as you never know what expectations people are working from and how reasonable they are. We had an excellent experience at Hotel Pausania; while we didn't have the most well positioned room, (facing the rear courtyard, but we'd not paid for the best available), the room was clean and plenty warm. Due to facing the courtyard we were comfortable having the window open through the nights despite it being January. The staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to give tips when asked. The breakfasts were great; touching most of the main types of breakfast one could want, and both of us found what we chose each morning good, despite not really being "breakfast people". The location of the hotel is excellent; it's out of the way of the main hussle of the city, while being easy to access from the Ca' Rezzonico dock via the "orange line" or a straightforward walk to/from the station if packed sensibly. There is a sort of club which is a few doors down but once in the hotel we couldn't hear it, and it wasn't open every night. There is a popular looking bar on the way to the square but this also didn't have any negative impact for us. Thank you to the staff for an excellent experience. Will be our recommendation in the future.

Perfect stay for a beautiful city. The staff on reception and at breakfast were just amazing made our stay extra special. The evening staff catered to our every need!, the breakfast spread was amazing and the hotel is just so beautiful and in a perfect quieter spot on the prettiest street. My Mum and I had the most beautiful trip and the hotel really made it extra special. Thank you so much!! ❤️
