Hotels mit Transferservice in Velissarios

Hotel is located in not really interesting area, about 1km from the center. It is very loud area with frequent traffic that made it impossible for us to sleep with windows open. There is no parking around, so you need to find your own spot in streets around. Room was small, a bit too simple, but clean. Bathroom is outdated and it needs some love - especially shower curtains and toilet seat. AC in room is positioned directly above the bed, so it’s very hard to set it up to cool down the hot room with windows closed because of traffic noise, but not to have direct cold air current directed at your head. Breakfast was acceptable, mostly based on frozen pastry baked in oven. There is actually no kitchen, just one small room with ovens, fridge and sliding door hiding the only toilet in lobby/bar area. It was strange using the toilet while you feel the heat and smells from ovens just few feet away from you. Staff was friendly and helpful! If the hotel was 2 star place priced well below the price we payed for it, I wouldn’t write a review this harsh. But since I was expecting 4 star hotel, it was a disappointment.

Die Dekorationsqualität ist sehr gut, die Möbel und Dekoration sind alle aus Massivholz und die luxuriöse Lobby ist sehr geschmackvoll. Auch wenn es von der Epidemie betroffen ist, gibt es nicht viele Gäste, aber das reichhaltige Frühstück behält dennoch die Qualität eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels.

Ας ξεκινήσουμε από τα βασικά. Αυτά που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες δεν αντιπροσωπεύουν την πραγματικότητα. Χίλια μπράβο στον φωτογράφο που κατάφερε και έκρυψε το πόσο ερείπιο είναι το κατάλυμα. Συγκεκριμένα: Τα δωμάτια υπερβολικά μικρά, ο ένας πάνω στον άλλον. Τα δωμάτια πενταβρώμικα, σκόνη παντού. Το τζάμι της πόρτας του μπάνιου πιθανώς να μην έχει καθαριστεί ποτέ ( βλέπε συννημένη φωτογραφία ). Ντουλάπες, πενταβρώμικες. Λεκάνη; Είχε αλλάξει χρώμα ο πάτος της, χλωρίνη δεν χρησιμοποιείται ποτέ, ούτε μία μέρα δεν μυρίσαμε κάτι σε χλωρίνη ή κάτι τέλος πάντων που να θυμίζει καθαριότητα. Το κτίριο σε άθλια κατάσταση εξωτερικά ( φθορές - βαψίματα ) αλλά και εσωτερικά καθώς τα έπιπλα ήταν χτυπημένα και είχαν χάσει το χρώμα τους όπως και οι τοιχοι έχουν ξεβάψει στους διαδρόμους. Η αισθητική του ξενοδοχείου επίσης άθλια, παντού κουρτίνες χωρίς λόγο με περίεργα φώτα που δεν βλέπεις το βράδυ στους διαδρόμους. Το δωμάτιο διαθέτει πάρα πολλά φώτα, τα οποία δεν κλείνουν ξεχωριστά, έχουν έναν κεντρικό διακόπτη. Οπότε είτε θα στραβώνεσαι από το φώς είτε δεν θα βλέπεις μπροστά σου. Στην ντουζιέρα βρήκαμε μισοτελειωμένα σαμπουάν από τους προηγούμενους που οι καθαρίστριες δεν είχαν μαζέψει. 3 συνεχόμενες ημέρες, δεν μου έβαζαν πανοσέντονο και έπρεπε να τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο στις 12 το βράδυ να μου φέρουν. Οι καθαρίστριες δεν χρησιμοποιούν ηλεκτρική σκούπα. Σκούπα και φαράσι και άγιος ο Θεος. Την τελευταία μέρα ανέβηκα πίσω στο δωμάτιο μετά το πρωινό και έζεχνε ιδρωτίλα, αναγκαστικά αφήσαμε 10 λεπτά ορθάνοιχτα για να ξεμυρίσει μέσα στο κρύο. Οκ καταλαβαίνω οτι οι άνθρωποι ιδρώνουν όταν καθαρίζουν και κάνουν δουλειές αλλά όχι και έτσι βρε παιδιά, δεν μπορούσαμε να σταθούμε. Μπαλκόνι; Οκ, καρεκλάκια στο μπαλκόνι; Οκ. Τραπεζάκι; Ποτέ, οπότε μπαλκόνι δεν μπορείς να κάτσεις και να θέλεις ( αν θες να κάτσεις σε μπαλκόνι μέσα στην βρώμα, ιστούς αράχνης και σκόνη που δεν έιχε καθαριστεί κυριολεκτικά ποτέ ). Πάμε στο πρωινό: Πρωινό στο υπόγειο ( -1 ) σε τραπέζια 8 ατόμων τα οποία ήταν γεμάτα ψίχουλα και αναγκαστικά θα πρέπει να φάς και με άλλους αγνώστους πρωινό στο ίδιο τραπέζι. Τα φαγητά μπαγιάτικα και πλαστικά, το μόνο ωραίο ήταν το νερό. Χαρτοπετσέτες άφαντες, μόνο αν ζήταγες. Τη Δευτέρα δε, κατεβήκαμε μισή ώρα αφού είχε τελειώσει το πρωινό επειδή κανείς δεν μας είχε ενημερώσει πως τις καθημερινές τελειώνει πιο νωρίς. Φύγαμε και νηστικοί οπότε. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στον φωτογράφο καθώς κατάφερε εκπληκτικά να καμουφλάρει αυτήν την τρώγλη που αποκαλείτε ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. Και να μας πλήρωναν δεν θα ξαναπηγαίναμε. 200 ευρώ το βράδυ για οικογένεια 3 ατόμων, καλύτερα να τα έκαιγα παρά να τα έδινα σε αυτούς. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί πως το σημαντικότερο πρόβλημα από όλα αυτά είναι η καθαριότητα. Δεν είναι καθαρό, οι καθαρίστριες δεν καθαρίζουν, μπαίνουν 5 λεπτά στο δωμάτιο σου πετάνε 2 σεντόνια και φεύγουν. Προτείνω στη διεύθυνση να αναθεωρήσει το προσωπικό που έχει επιλέξει για την καθαριότητα του καταλύματος. 1 Αστέρι γιατι δεν μπορώ να βάλω 0. Μακριά από το συγκεκριμένο

Well I owed this one to the hotel. Stayed here even in the hard times of Covid when they created a safe shelter for all the people who still had to travel to work. Even in those hard times they maintained the level at the highest level. I have stayed in this hotel more than 40 times. Quality remains the same , service the same , breakfast still working fine for me ( they could offer a free fresh orange juice though would be highly appreciated during breakfast) . In general terms a very safe choice for ioannina just a few minutes from the city centre and in an excellent location for visiting around.

Ήταν μια απελπιστική εμπειρία. Μου είχε μείνει η εντύπωση που πριν 23 χρόνια είχα ξαναπάει και τότε όλα ήταν καινούρια και ωραία στα δωμάτια και πίστευα ότι θα είναι ανακαινισμένο. Απογοήτευση όμως. Το δωμάτιο λες και είμασταν στη δεκαετία του 80. Αν και φθινόπωρο κράταγε ακόμα ζέστη και το βράδυ αν έκλεινες το παράθυρο στο μικροσκοπικό σε τετραγωνικά δωμάτιο έσκαγες. Το να ανοίξεις εφόσον δεν είχε σίτες, παρά μόνο παλιά πατζούρια και παλιά ρολά, αμέσως στην καλύτερη σε έτρωγαν τα κουνούπια. Για να μην πούμε ότι ακριβώς από κάτω είναι οι κάδοι του κέντρου, άρα δεν ήξερες τι άλλο από αράχνες, κατσαρίδες, ποντίκια, νυχτερίδες θα έμπαινε τελικά στο δωμάτιο όσο κοιμόσουν. Το AC έκανε σαν χαλασμένο καράβι, φοβόσουν για την συντήρησή του και δεν σε άφηνε να κοιμηθείς. Τα κρεβάτια από το 80 και αυτά τρίζαν. Οι ντουλάπες απίστευτα παλιακές. Ένα ψυγείο που η πόρτα του ήταν ξύλινη, σαν συνέχεια κάποιου ντουλαπιού και με ρημαγμένους μεντεσέδες. Το μπάνιο ένα τετραγωνικό όλο κι όλο, με βρώμικη κουρτίνα μπάνιου, που δεν μπορούσες καν να πας στη λεκάνη χωρίς να σε ακουμπήσει. Δεν ήθελες να πλυθείς καν, γιατί ένιωθες σε αυτό το τετράγωνο ότι κάπως θα λερωθείς. Πραγματικά 2 αγωνιώδεις ώρες ύπνου, πήγα κέντρο για να έχω μάρκετ και πιάτσες ταξί κοντά και τελικά το πρωί έφυγα για προάστειο με κάθε κόστος μεταφοράς, χωρίς να με νοιάζει από το πόσο ψυχικά κακοποιήθηκα. Τα θετικά είναι μόνο ότι ασανσέρ, ρεσεψιόν και ενδιάμεσοι χώροι φαίνονται αξιοπρεπείς και το προσωπικό είναι ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό.

Das Hotel ist stilvoll, in einer tollen Lage, da es einfach zu gehen zu Restaurants, Stätten usw.. Wir haben 2 Nächte geblieben und bei der Ankunft wurden von einem Standard-Stadtblick auf einen superiären Stadtblick, der sehr geschätzt wurde, aktualisiert. Das Oberzimmer ist geräumig, das Bett war sehr komfortabel mit guten Kissen und sehr guten Betten (nette Baumwollblätter). Schwarze Drachen bieten auch sehr gute Schlaf und waren ausgezeichnet. Man hört ein paar Straßenlärm je nach Nacht und wie viel Aktivität aber draußen ist. Das Zimmer ist riesig und passt einfach einen Laptop. Wir genossen einen Drink in der Dachbar, die Ioannia Dachtoppen ausblickt, was ein toller Platz ist. Das Wi-Fi-Signal war ausgezeichnet im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. Alles ist sehr sauber. Frühstück ist sehr gut, und wegen Covid war es ein Buffet mit Personal, das die Gäste dient. Alles Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das einzige Problem ist Parkplatz und die Schwierigkeiten beim Entladen und Umladen des Autos mit Gepäck. Das Problem ist nicht die Zahlung € 8.00 pro Tag oder sogar der Block, dass es vom Hotel entfernt ist. Das Problem ist die Ein- und Auscheckung. Ich bin nicht sicher, wie das Hotel dieses Problem lösen kann. Wir liebt alles über das Hotel, aber leider wegen der Park-/Ankunfts-/Abfahrtsprobleme, würden wir wahrscheinlich nicht wieder im Hotel bleiben. Leider, weil es ein wunderbares Hotel ist!! Daher geben ich ihm eine 5-Kreis-Bewertung basierend auf dem Hotel selbst.

Golden Suites & Spa in Ioannina lockt mit einem Aufenthalt, der nur 5 Autominuten von Universität Ioannina und University Hospital of Ioannina entfernt ist. Sicherlich nicht fünf Sterne, würde ich sagen, 4 Sterne ist nahe. Hotel ist etwas veraltet - ich meine Gemälde für Flaming usw. Check-in war sehr langsam und der Service war gut, nicht ausgezeichnet. In Pool und Pool-Bar Service war sehr durchschnittlich. Das Bett war großartig und Zimmer auch! Balkon war schön, aber schmutzig und keine Stühle oder Tisch, warum? Der Garten und der Pool und der Hotelhall waren sehr schön!

We visited the picturesque village of Lingiades on our return trip from vacation. As the distance to our home was very long, I had decided to visit this village, for which I had many informations for his excellent view and rest there for a night. I havem;t booked a room,as the city of Ioannina is very near, If there was not an availability in Lingiades. When I entered the village tired of the long journey (from the island Zakynthos) and under heavy rain the first building I passed was this hotel. So when anout availability and price, the gentle lady offered me a room in a price (100€) higher than I would spend for a night, but the hotel was a very beautiful boutique hotel and i was really tired to look for an other hotel. In the end the hotel was totally worth the cost I paid. The room was dreamy, had an air of 19th century, while the rest areas of the hotel had a modern, but very pleasant architecture. And the view from the room was magnifiscent. The lake, the small island with the village and in the fond the city of Ioannina. And although we could see everything, there was no sound of the city activities. The lady in the reception had warned us that the breakfast was extraordinary. And indeed it was. It wasn’t a buffet breakfast. The ladies of the kitchen entered several times with special dishes. Savory, sweets, pies, jams, eggs in different versions (fried, boiled, omelettes, scrambled), cakes, biscuits, pancaces, fruits, etc,etc, It is not possible to describe the whole menu. But finally we asked them kindly to stop,as we could not consume more. And everything we had tasted bas delicious. I would like to stay at least for a day more, but unfortunately my wife had to work next day. I promised myself to stay there for 3-4 days another time. Unfortunatley in October, when I wanted to book for a night again on return trip (from Peloponess that time), the hotel was fully booked ! The village has at least 2 restaurants, one of them, ”Kukuwagia” (where we ate) is very famous in Ioannina region.
