Great hotel and location, 2 blocks back from the Canada Place Cruise Port.
Great food onsite and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Rooms are very clean and tidy.
Would yse this Hotel again

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Azur Hotel in Vancouver. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean with what seemed like brand-new furniture, creating a very comfortable setting. The service was superb, with staff promptly fulfilling requests for extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities without any pressure. What stood out most was the friendliness and readiness of the staff, always eager to assist, making our experience truly memorable.

What an amazing hotel. While the room was not huge, it was arranged perfectly and came with all the bells and whistles. I mean heated floors in the bathroom. I was truly blown away!

Had a wonderful time at the Azur, everything about the location was elegant and welcoming.
I arrived earlier than expected, they offered to take my luggage while my room was being prepared, but then graciously upgraded me to one of the nicest rooms in which I have ever stayed, and later sent a complementary bottle of rose’.

The hotel is brand new only open a month it’s very beautiful. The staff is nice and kind however, the hotel is incomplete so the reality is you are paying a premium for this hotel and you don’t have all of the hotels benefits the roof lounge was not open the lobby dining and bar was not open only for breakfast, the hotel will be very nice, but it was very difficult to believe the cost versus the benefit of an unfinished hotel without the use of all Hotel had to offer

The light switches don't work correctly, and there was a undimmable light next to my head. I had three towels over it, and it barely made a difference. When I called the front desk, they said "they know is a problem, but there's nothing they can do about it".

The front staff (Sara) was very professional and very friendly. She was very geniune and handled our check in and check out efficiently. The rooms were very new, very clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. Not much a view from our room on the 5th floor. Overall my only suggestion would be to ensure there are enough robes and coffee cups in the room. For the number of people staying. We had 4 people in the room and only two cups, two robes.
This was a great stay, no issues. Keep up the good work!

The staff and hotel were excellent. The location was perfect to be able to walk anywhere and easy access to Skytrain. We would definitely stay at Azur again.
