Oshovia Hostel

The hostel was just amazing. Great common area, very clean, the staff was super helpful and kind. I had an amazing time in Ushuaia. They will arrange the trips for you. The rooms were pretty big, the beds comfortable. Thank you for a great stay:)

The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, and quiet. Kitchen space is plentiful, included breakfast is great. Would absolutely recommend staying here. The 30min walk to the center of town is lovely, quick, and easy. Absolutely worth being a little farther away for the space.

Super nice place! Very clean. A bit further from the center but everything is super close so it wasn’t a big deal. Ubers are better to use here around $1-2000 pesos ($4 CAD) The beds are comfortable. The common spaces are big and clean. The kitchen is very tidy. Internet wasn’t the best, a bit slower so not recommended if you’re doing some type of work. I loved it and would deff come back

This hostel is a lovely place! The staff is very nice and they respond of all your question. It's very clean, it's calm and you have hot water for shower. If i have to Come back, it's sure that i return to this hostel!

This is a great hostel to stay in, if you don't mind being away from the main street (about a 1-2km walk) & would like some peace & quiet after a big day of hiking or exploring. The place reminded me of a ski lodge. The beds are comfy, bathrooms big & clean, kitchen facilities great & the breakfast great too Last but not least, Karina at reception & the staff were super friendly & helpful with any questions about anything in the area. Highly recommend staying here. :)

One of the best stays I had on my travel through South America. Really nice and warm hosts, helpful, good communication. The place is very clean and well equipped, and I can only recommend this place to every traveler. Breakfast, curtains for the beds, hairdryer in the bathroom - all good!

Hola! I LOVED (!!) my 4-night stay at Oshovia. It’s such a beautiful and rustic place (big kitchen/dining and lounge areas) and it felt very calm (loved the calm ambient music in the background :)). Not to mention everything is very clean. I especially like the neighborhood that the hostel is located: it’s more residential (less touristy), feels/is super safe, and the walk to downtown is beautiful (by the coast) and pretty close (30 minutes - much shorter than it sounds). Supermarkets (there are a few) are around the corner and it’s super nice to stop for cheap and yummy ice cream at Grido on the walk back from town. Karina was super helpful in arranging a shuttle to the Tierra del Fuego National Park and offering recommendations for great eats in town! Marco was helpful in recommending taxi services. I really enjoyed chatting with other travelers as well, which made my experience even better. Ushuaia is such a BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING little “city”, surrounded by mountain and the Beagle Channel. I vow to return and stay here for longer, because I didn’t realize Tierra Del Fuego has so much to experience! Muchas gracias Karina, Marco, and staff at Oshovia!! -Alan
