It was a super nice hotel! The room was spacious and we had a beautiful view over the garden and the Sea park. We could quickly and easily drop off our suitcases. It was very nice that the employee at check-in spoke fluent English. Hotel has all the facilities and many nice details. Breakfast was included in our stay and was fine. Not very exciting, but all employees were super cheerful, there was enough choice and enough seating. Hotel is close to the monorail. We can definitely recommend this.

Easily my most favourite hotel I have ever stayed at, especially given the price paid. We stayed here for 4 nights during our Tokyo Disney trip and I’m super glad we did. Things I liked: - Self service laundry machines - The rooms being super themed - of course! - The convenience store wasn’t too expensive - The breakfast was delicious! - Across the road from the monorail. - The cast members as this hotel were the happiest I have ever seen anywhere, they will always greet you with a smile and be happy to see you. Things I wish were different: - We had to form a queue when entering after the monorail to get back into the hotel to show our room key so they knew we were staying at the hotel. I understand why they do this, but it did sometimes mean waiting an extra 5 minutes just to get into the hotel after a long park day, it was a little frustrating and sore on the legs. - Access to the fantasy springs entrance would be handy, I’m sure this will be part of a future announcement once fantasy springs isn’t so busy.

quite possibly the cutest, best themed Disney hotel that I've ever stayed at ( and I've stayed at most U.S. Disney hotels and also Fantasy Springs). Just try and not start singing "You've got a friend in me"). This hotel had everything I wanted except comfy beds ---- yes, beds in Japan are more firm than in the USA - but these were the most firm I encountered on a 2 week trip ( read- you're sleeping on boards). This hotel does have reasonably priced coin operated laundry ( 300 yen wash, 100 yes dry for 15") as well as refillable filtered water near each ice machine. There is a convenience store in the lobby for grabbing drinks and other food items ( stock up early, they do run out as the night progresses). We did this hotel as part of a three night Disney run - first night at Toy Story ( with early entry to Disneyland) Second night at Fantasy Springs ( with early entry to Disneysea (and ability to purchase Fantasy Springs Magic passport) followed by a third night at Hilton ( next door to Toy Story and across the street from Fantasy Springs) (I'm frugal and HH Diamond). BTW- whatever you've read about crowds at Tokyo Disney Resort - double that !!

Understand no baggage transfer service within Resorts’ hotel. I carry three big suitcases to Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay Hotel and requested to borrow a trolley so I can move them easier. But the hotel ONLY allowed trolley to be used within this hotel area. NOT willing to help guests. Their English are very bad both listening and speaking, even the Front Office Manager. If you cannot speak Japanese, and have luggage transfer need, don’t choose this hotel.

Disney fans will feel truly immersed in the Toy Story movie with a stay in this hotel. The theming was great and the attention to detail in the decorations was spectacular. We stayed in a standard room and it felt very spacious and we had plenty of room to have our suitcases out to pack. There was a cot under one of the beds and there was still enough space for two suitcases to be open. We were on the 11th floor and had a nice view of the parks and the Disneyland castle and some of Tokyo. The bathroom had a large shower space and a bathtub and a separate toilet room and sink space. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I got a nice goodbye note from the staff. Check in was quick and simple and park ticket purchases was also easy. We got happy entry access for Disneyland, which was a bonus. The property feels very small compared to Disney World in Florida. They did not have a pool, unlike the Florida hotels. There is lots of play space for young kids and for adults who want to take photos. The monorail to the parks and Ikspiari is super convenient. Staying here was the perfect end to my Japan trip!

We had such fun at this hotel. The staff were helpful throughout. The rooms are spacious and the decor is brilliant. The theming for the rooms and hotel in general really add to the ‘Disney magic’. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options for veggie and vegan. We also had a view of Mt. Fuji while eating.

We loved this hotel! The rooms were surprisingly spacious and no room has a bad view (you either get the courtyard/back of Fantasy Springs or the harbour. This really is a Toy Story hotel with lots of fun and kitschy decor, but it didn't feel over the top or tacky. There were two exterior green spaces that were fun to walk around, giving you a little more to do on-site without going to the parks. The hotel also has a fun scavenger hunt with trivia, which is a fun way to explore the hotel. Once you complete the hunt, a Cast Member at the front desk will give you a special completion sticker. The hotel has a themed gift shop with hotel-exclusive and theme park items, a convenience store, and a buffet restaurant (Lotso's). We did the breakfast buffet at Lotso's and thought the variety was great and the food delicious. We only went to the convenience store to get a few snack items, as each floor has a water bottle refill station, so bring a reusable water bottle! The A/C in the room was easy to control, which was much needed in the summer heat. The beds were comfortable and had USB outlets and full-room light switches right by the beds. There is also a fridge in the room that kept items cold. Our favourite touches were the fun slippers with "Andy" written on the bottom and the hotel-exclusive postcards. Make sure you stop by the front desk with your postcards to get a hotel stamp (they will also let you stamp a notebook!). We chose this hotel as it's mid-priced and included in the Vacation Package. If you are traveling to Tokyo DisneySea while the current Fantasy Springs restrictions are in place, I definitely recommend you stay here and book the One Night-Two Day Vacation Package to get unlimited front-of-the-line access to all rides in Fantasy Springs. It was worth the extra money! We toured around to each of the hotels and firmly believe that the Toy Story Hotel is the best deal. The train station is only a short walk away and the station wasn't nearly as busy as you'd expect, as most people exit at the Resort Gateway station (which is why we agreed The Ambassador Hotel is the worst option due to its distance from the train station and added numbers due to the local train line). If you want to stay in a Tokyo Disney hotel, but not pay quite as much (especially with a Vacation Package), this hotel is definitely the best choice!

Amazing theming! We thought we were living in Andy's room! The hotel decor is top notch! The staff is super friendly. The rooms were on the smaller size compared to what we had in previous hotels on the Tokyo Disney Property. We still enjoyed our stay as it is so unique! We also ate at Lotso's Cafe for dinner and breakfast. It was better than the buffet breakfasts we had at Disneyland Hotel and the Fantasy Springs Hotel. There is also a convenience store in the lobby for snacks, food and souvenirs.
