First the positive, it was a bit a clean. Had enough towels. This is my first time with ryokan, but 3rd time to stay in sunway onsen suites. Other previous times the rooms were excellent. However this room, the moment we enter, had hair on the floor n beds. There was no water dispenser, no iron board and washing machine. Bathroom had cockroaches and the water flow was so slow. Ryokan management can look for some upgrade for the room. For Sunway onsen suites management, please clean your pools! Both the onsen n the salt water pool were dirty! We even found a pair of underpants. Reason given was rain bring dirt from mountains🤷♀️. Overall great view of the themepark n mountains.

All the facilities of this unit Onsen S-08-13 here and the comfort is good. The service from the management is also good and very helpful. Highly recommended to those out there who want the satisfaction of the Lost World of Tambun view, the location is also close to a few good places to go out to eat for domestic and foreign tourists.
