We stayed for three nights at Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat and it was a wonderful experience to unwind and relax. The steam and salt caves were amazing, and the main pool is maintained at a comfortable temperature. The setting and surroundings are incredible. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our villa with its private pool and hot tub was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

A lovely getaway with my wife. Best service ever, with a smile every time. The facilities are great too. Enjoyed the hot spring pools in particular. Observe the flora and fauna. Explore the caves. Go bicycling and the jungle walk. Visit the Lost World Theme Park as well. Dining at Jeff's Cellar was truly a wonderful experience. And breakfast was great as well.

I recently stayed at The Banjaran Hot Springs and had a very relaxing experience. The environment is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which makes it a great place to unwind. The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the private hot spring and pool, which felt very exclusive and calming. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The food was decent, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was quiet and luxurious. It’s a good place for a short getaway to relax and recharge. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

great hospitality.. really worth the price paid. We stayed in Water Villa which we both really enjoyed the pool and hot jacuzzi in the villa. Our arrival was greeted with complimentary anniversary cake setup in the room, and we really appreciate this gesture from the hotel. We will definitely come back in the futur

A beautiful and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat offers breathtaking scenery, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The villa was elegant and comfortable, and the hot spring facilities were exceptional. What made the stay even better was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Booked the villa for my birthday celebration, dined in Jeff cellar restaurant. Both the hotel & restaurant service are top notch. The staff is very attentive & friendly, as well the buggy service arrive after few minutes we call.. also enjoy their yoga activities, a short gateway from the busy city, living in the nature space. Highly recommend for couple to do their honeymoon or celebration here ..

We stayed here, just the two of us — And honestly… it was everything we didn’t know we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the world slowed down. Just nature, silence, and the two of us. 💧 The villa — Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. And a deeper love. Thank you, Banjaran. We’ll definitely come back — someday, maybe just the two of us again. 🕊️
