Also informed that we will reach at night, approx 10pm. However, upon arrival, wrong mailbox lock passcode was provided, unable to get prompt response from customer service on whatsapp calls and messages. Had to find other accessible numbers to contact others from IWH for help. After the over 30 mins' ordeal of trying to get the access cards (car park and apartment), couldn't find the parking lot number assigned for the unit on the informed carpark level. found out the CS has informed the wrong parking lot level and it is actually 1 level lower. hope the support can be better to avoid similar situations like this again.
