I use to stay here when it was Hawthorne suites and it seems the new owners have only half stepped with the hotel. The breakfast is basic, eggs and sausage Pattie’s with the bagels and English muffins being cut into smaller portions. No cereal or fruit. The pool is closed and the laundry room is closed ( although there was a sign saying it would be open on the 5th, it was not ) the gym is extremely small with no ventilation and huge piles of towels blocking a good majority of the floor. The rooms have had the carpet removed which is great however the walls need to be deep cleaned. Towels are extremely small. Water pressure in both the bathroom and kitchen is terrible. They no longer provide wash cloths for the kitchen or dish soap. It’s not terrible but there is for sure room for improvement

Room not clean the bed full of black hair
I asked to move to first floor they said next day i asked to clean the room i have to schedule cleaning i didnt move to first floor although i have knee problem and didnt get the cleaning
I didnt take breakfast as i was feasting

We booked our multi suite room 2 weeks in advance and travelled all the way from New Jersey to Virginia only to find out that the room is unavailable. The front desk plainly refused to accommodate us saying there are no rooms available. Our group of 6 people including 2 seniors and 2 kids were left stranded at night with no where to go. There was no intimation from the hotel about unavailability of rooms and they even charged us for a non existent room. Absolutely terrible experience and would never recommend this place to anyone

Don't be fooled by pics like we were, the teal wall is tricking you. This place is an overpriced motel nicknamed "suite". Everything inside of the room is broken or scratched up - wall plugs, bed frame, chairs, etc. Popcorn ceiling and popcorn walls. Doors are janky as hell. It was a windy, rainy night and I could hear my door moving from the wind. It also sounded like something was leaking but it was just the rain dripping outside of the door and us being able to hear it inside. It felt unsafe and dirty. We didn't stay the night. After an hour of being there searching for another affordable hotel in the area, we left and drove 30 min to Fairfax to a new hotel.

I have stayed at this location a few times over the last few months mainly because of convenience, location and price. But you get what you pay for, I damn near had a flood in my room the other night from the room above. The front desk was very unconcerned and simply switched my room. Never again, will I stay here. They are definitely in business to make money and could care less about the customer experience.

There were black hairs ALL over the bed. Noticed clumps of hair around the room at the edges. The shower had 6 minutes of hot water and was then freezing. Seen a guy touching himself in the parking lot one night. Tried to check out in the morning but there was no one at the front desk. I travel for work and wont be staying here ever again.

We love the loft room! Being able to walk to WalMart next door is convenient - and a very welcome after spending a lot of time in the car. Also Dunkin' coffee, sammiches, etc.
