Ich habe dieses Hotel als Geschenk für meine Familie während eines Rugbyspiels gebucht. Das Hotel konnte unsere Buchung nicht finden und versuchte dann, meiner Familie trotz meiner Online-Vorauszahlung erneut eine Gebühr in Rechnung zu stellen. Schließlich brachten sie meine Familie in einem Zimmer unter, aber nicht in dem Familienzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, für das ich bezahlt hatte. Stattdessen brachten sie sie in einem behindertengerechten Zimmer mit einem Bett unter, das ein 15-jähriger Junge mit seiner Großmutter teilen musste. Das Hotel erkennt seinen Fehler an, hat uns aber nicht entschädigt und uns stattdessen nur den ermäßigten Preis für das Zimmer angeboten, das sie uns gegeben hatten. Das hat unnötigen Stress verursacht und unzufriedene Kunden herabgestuft. Kein gutes Hotelmanagement. Die Lage ist offensichtlich ideal, das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und es ist großartig für Rugbyfans und Spielbesucher. Der Service, den wir erhalten haben, und das Versäumnis des Hotels, dies anzuerkennen und angemessen zu entschädigen, sind einfach enttäuschend. Positiv war, dass die südafrikanische Rugbymannschaft auch im Hotel war!

Sehr gutes Frühstück und die Formation-Bar ist wunderbar zum Beisammensein und für Drinks. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber und die Aussicht aus den großen Fenstern ist wirklich schön.

Wir haben ein paar Mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und in die Stadt. Das Frühstück ist gut. Guter großer Parkplatz

Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sehr sauber. Gute Lage. Vom Hotel aus können Sie bequem mit Bus, Zug und U-Bahn reisen. Allerdings funktioniert der Strom im Zimmer nicht.

Extremely nice hotel with great food and staff with a central location in Twickenham

Very disappointed with the room we were allocated - the bathroom doors didn't close properly and it was impossible to open the shower door. Therefore we wernt able to use the shower facility at all....

The mattress was dented.. Super nice.. I not enjoyed

Great hotel which is built into Twickenham Rugby stadium. Clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. I stayed there when there was a game on that I attended with more than 76000 others. The hotel was very busy but they dealt with it well. I will certainly stay again, as I have done in the past.

It is a good place for family as it has a great facilities and the location is fantastic.

Really enjoyed my stay there, staff were lovely and room was super clean. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool/spa. The only downside is that the car park is around 5-7 min walk from the hotel, other than that I can’t fault it. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel, very modern. The reception area smelled amazing! Had complimentary fresh cookies which was a nice touch when checking in. Room was very clean and had everything you could need. Only a short taxi ride to nearest tube station. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was delicious. A fabulous stay.

Top favourite place to go. Love the service all together, very friendly staff and the superior suite is just amazing.
