Das Hotel befindet sich im Bezirk Shidong mit bequemer Verkehrsanbindung. Gegenüber befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, ein Restaurant nebenan und der Ruinenpark ist weniger als 5 Autominuten entfernt. Obwohl es am Straßenrand liegt, ist es nach dem Schließen der Türen und Fenster nicht laut, da der Raum mit Schallschutzglas ausgestattet ist. Die interne Umgebung ist sehr frisch, das Zimmer und die Bettwäsche sind sehr sauber, das kostenlose Frühstück wird auf Bestellung zubereitet, frisch und lecker, das Zimmer hat kostenloses Mineralwasser, eine Auswahl an Teebeuteln und Kaffee, die Rezeption hat heiß und kalt? Wasserspender, und die Service-Haltung ist auch sehr gut. Waren für zwei Nächte glücklich und es hat sich gelohnt.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Tulum downtown. It is centrally located with easy access to bars, shops and restaurants. Our room was spotless, large and comfortable with a good sized bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area is small but spotlessly clean and surrounded by lovely plants and trees. There are only two things that spoil this hotel and both could be easily solved, reading the previous reviews it is surprising they have not been acted upon. Firstly, the breakfast is truly disappointing. The choices are very limited, weak, luke warm coffee and ‘juice’. The toast is worth a special mention as it’s the cheapest bread you could buy served with a small melted spoon of margarine- absolutely vile and inedible. The staff do not wish to interact with you at breakfast and the whole affair is the worst possible start to the day you can imagine. Avoid it and go elsewhere if you want to start your day full and happy 😊 Secondly, on arrival you are required to provide a card for a damages deposit. This includes STAINS to the SHEETS and TOWELS!!? Helloooooooo… someone said this is a hotel. How do you differentiate between normal stains and deliberate stains we asked innocently? Don’t even go there… we were terrified. Could this be the only hotel in the world to adopt this policy? For these two reasons we would not stay again but credit to the wonderful staff, spotlessly clean and well appointed rooms.. perhaps they can persuade the management to have a re think on their next team day 🤔 Other helpful stuff- We hired bikes to get to the beach as it is over an hour to walk in the heat, the bikes are very basic and the route is easy. However, it’s worth knowing that if you plan to spend time at the beach you will need to pay a cover charge at a beach bar for the beds and parasol. Over the week this adds up and you may want to consider staying at a beachfront location. We had rejected this idea initially as it was more expensive but adding in the extra costs and convenience it may be worth it. You also need to pay for access to the beach, it’s not much and you get a wrist band which you can reuse the next day. Sadly, the beach although still beautiful, is ruined by the sea**** that is washed up daily and forms huge mounds on the beach making it unsightly and turning the once clear waters into a murky brown. Staff are working hard to remove it but it is a losing battle and we did not enjoy our time here as much as Holbox for this reason. Neither would we return.

Wir haben 2 Nächste in diesem noch relativ neuen Hotel verbracht. Das Highlight ist sicher die tolle Rooftop-Poollandschaft am Dach und das generell schöne Design! Top. Sehr gut gepasst hat für uns auch die Tiefgarage, die kostenfrei benutzbar war. Auch das sehr gut ausgestattete Fitnessstudio war ein Mehrwert. Zimmer sind eher klein, es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank und es gibt zu wenig Möglichkeiten Sachen zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Generell fehlen einfach Ablageflächen und Haken. Die kostenlosen Pflegeprodukte waren sehr gut. Zimmer sind tatsächlich ein wenig hellhörig, vor allem in Richtung Innenhof. Fenster konnte man leider nicht öffnen. Service war freundlich und gut. WLAN war im Zimmer kaum verfügbar, am Pool dagegen perfekt! Die Lage ist natürlich nicht in der Zona Hotelera also direkt am Strand, aber gerade noch am Ende der Pueblo mit Blick auf den Regenwald. Für uns hat das sehr gut gepasst, so eine Lage zwischen der Stadt und dem Strand. Um zum Strand oder in die Stadt zu kommen, wird man wohl ein Auto, Taxi oder Fahrrad brauchen. Direkt um das Hotel gibt es außerdem eine Shopping-Mall mit eher hochwertigen Geschäften und Restaurants. Insgesamt ein sehr stimmiges Konzept.

Enamorada de este hotel, las habitaciones eran preciosas! Ubicación perfecta en plena calle principal de Tulum con todo al lado. La parada de los colectivos a Playa del Carmen justo al lado también. La playa a 20 min en bici como toda la zona. Muy recomendable para visitar todos los puntos de interés. El chico que nos atendió en recepción fue encantador! Nos ayudó a organizar el último día con un montón de ideas y gracias a él aprovechamos al máximo nuestro último día. El desayuno casero y delicioso. Un 10 en todo. Repetiría sin dudar.

Die 2 Sterne gibt es für die ruhige und abgelegene Lage des Hotels, daher sehr geeignet für Urlauber, welche zum Ende des Tages ihre Ruhe haben wollen und einen Mietwagen zur Verfügung haben. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel und die Zimmer sauber. An den Zimmern gibt nichts großartiges auszusetzen. Jetzt zu den negativen Dingen: Es soll angeblich ein 4 Sterne Hotel sein… Dies ist definitiv nicht der Fall. Zumindest nicht im Sinne der meisten Urlauber. Bitte lassen Sie sich nicht blenden von dem Zusatz „inklusive Frühstück“! Das Frühstück ist ein Witz… Okay ich berichtige mich: Das Frühstück ist die reinste Verarschung! Ein bisschen Ei, ein bisschen Kartoffeln, ein bisschen Bohnenpaste, 2 Scheiben Toastbrot für 2 Erwachsene, ein Kaffe, ein Saft und ein bisschen Früchte mit einer priese Müsli oben drauf. Käse oder ähnliche Beilagen gibt es nicht. Es wird alles abgezählt serviert und Nachbestellungen werden berechnet. Daher betrachten Sie den Übernachtungspreis ohne Frühstück, das macht mehr Sinn. Zum Personal: Frühstück: Man hat ein ungutes Gefühl etwas zu fragen oder nachzubestellen, da einem mit dem Gesichtsausdruck das Gefühl vermitteln wird, wie man sich es denn erlauben könnte, nochmal was nachzubestellen oder etwas zu erfragen. Am Kaffee oder Saft-Stand sich selbst bedienen ist strengstens verboten. Housekeeping: Die Damen sind sehr freundlich und haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Machen Ihren Job sehr gut und halten das Niveau des Hotels aufrecht. Fazit: Wenn das Hotel ohne Frühstück betrachtet wird und es keine Berührungspunkte mit dem entsprechenden Servicepersonal gibt, dann ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen lediglich wegen der guten Lage, der geräumigen Zimmer sowie der guten Arbeit vom Housekeeping-Personal.

Wie waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel. Seit 2017 eigentlich jedes Jahr! Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut! Etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss bis ins Zentrum und es gibt überall etwas zu sehen. Durch den Besitzer Fabio ist auch ein Hauch italienisches Temperament vorhanden. In den letzten 5 Jahren wurde viel Herzblut investiert und das zeigt sich vor allem an der tropischen Gartenanlage die mit dem Restaurant Casa Mia fast verschmilzt. Wir wurden immer hervorragend bedient und das Essen war super. Hier einen herzlichen Dank an unsere Meseros Nayeli, Eleazar, Bety, und Brandon und an die Küche Genaro und Luis!! Die familiäre und freundschaftliche Atmosphäre hat uns einen wundervollen Urlaub gegeben. Besten Dank dafür, Daniel + Andrea

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, an der Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, es war perfekt. Die Nachteile betreffen: die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels, wenn Sie kein Mietfahrzeug haben, die nicht vorhandene Freundlichkeit des Personals (kleine Ausnahme nur für eine der Rezeptionisten), Restaurant und Bar geschlossen, nur 1 gepflegter Swimmingpool außerhalb des Hotels 3 ...

I've been to many spas in my life. The spa at Siwa, Tulum, called Inhala is one of the best. Not only did I receive an incredible treatment and massage from the therapist there, it was more affordable than any other spa I've been to. I got way more for way less, and the quality was top tier 5 star, cannot be topped. I will definitely be back.
