SL Industry Hotel

We went on the concert, and booked this hotel for 2 nights, only available was Executive suit. Hotel itself is okay. Specific design. Public areas are not well cleaned, unfortunately. Room was, on the other hand, clean, very spacious. Bed a bit softer, but comfy for me. Sofa was, well, when you sit, in some areas you can feel that it has been used a lot. Bathroom is hidden, does not have a proper door, looks like a walk-in closet. Amount of shampoos and shower gels is good, couple of bootles of each displayed next to the sink. No place where to put it in a show, but okay. Minibar was included (soft drinks, water and snacks). Cleaning lady was very polite. Reception team was okay. Girl who checked us in was a bit confused when we paid in EUR, first said that she can give us back only BAM, than actually giving us EUR, for us it didn't matter, we're good with both. When asked for directions how to get to the stadium for the concert, not much info was provided, so we used google maps to find it, as we were walking there. Parking is included, however, no parking places are marked, in any way, you just leave you car around hotel in a way that noone is blocked, and hope for the best. Breakfast area, you can eat in our out, a fairly small buffet service, but you can find something for everyone. Staff is smoking and sitting in the same area, just 2 tables away, not very hygenic. Smoking is allowed inside, so...can't argue if the hotel allows it. Food itself was great. Guy at the check out was more talkative and tried to make us stay longer and use spa services (we didn't even know it was possible until check out), but we were in a hurry, so maybe next time, if we decide to come back.

This was our first trip with 9 months old baby. We asked for baby's bed and got one. All people who work here are very friendly and helpful. We have breakfast included in price and food was good. Also, we ordered dinner twice and food was delicious. Rooms are great, big bathroom, everything new. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay here and will come again. Thank you ☺️

I am very satisfied with this hotel. Rooms are very good and clean. Atmosphere is very good. Spa centar is small and good but you have to reserve your termin which is 50 minutes . Only is not good the fact that hotel don’t have a swimming pool.

We ate our fourth chicken meal in a row in a single balkan tour here but the best plate was here Rooms with terrace and design with modern cut decoration was a rare thing to see in Balkans Location is far far away from anywhere central and it’s designed for business professionals not tourists I guess

Excellent hotel, friendly personnel. I would highlight the cleanliness, ambience and interior of hotel. Very well done! I would recommend this place to all my friends. Stopped over the night on the way to Dubrovnik. Rooms are comfortable. Everything is accessible, complimentary minibar

Un hotel de 4 estrellas dudosas.Era el último hotel del circuito, nos encontramos con un alojamiento sucio, las escaleras del hall llenas de pelusas, ya nos dio una pista de lo que nos esperaba.NO TIENE ASCENSOR!!! Habitaciones pequeñas e incómodas, el servicio de limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, las camas no se hacían, las toallas estaban rotas, la amabilidad del personal nula. En cuanto a la atención en el comedor, comida escasa y mala en las cenas, malos modos por parte de los camareros. En los desayunos, se supone que buffet, peor aún, poco y malo, el café imposible de beber, si les pedías leche caliente, porque no había, o no te atendían o te lo daban de muy malas maneras. En fin, nada recomendable.

Sorun çözmeye yaklaşım sıfır odanın kliması bozuk verdikleri çözüm pencereyi açın oldu. Temmuz sıcağında terleye terleye uyumak zorunda kaldık. Tek kelimeyle çok kötü bir otel mecburiyetten kaldık..... Teknik personelleri yokmuş.... ....

Otel dizaynı güzel, temiz bir otel. Asansör yok valizleri taşımak büyük sıkıntı yrd olunmuyor. Personel hiç nazik değil muhakkak personele eğitim verilmeli. Kahvaltısı fena değil en fazla peynir çeşidini bu otelde gördüm. Yemekler fena değildi ac kalınmaz.

L’hôtel n’est pas difficile a trouver, il y a un parking devant et sur le coté, le check in est rapide et l’accueil est excellent. La chambre et la salle de bain sont d’une propreté irréprochable, la literie est d’excellente qualité et confortable. L’hôtel est décoré avec gout et harmonie dans un style industriel qui colle parfaitement a l’histoire du bâtiment qui est une ancienne manufacture. Le SPA est gratuit il faut juste s’inscrire au préalable. Le frigo de la chambre contient des amuses bouches pour l’apéritif et des boissons, softs et bières le tout est inclut dans le prix de la chambre. Il n’y a donc aucun supplément ni pour les boissons ni pour le chocolat ou les cacahuètes. La chambre est un rien trop petite pour un long séjour mes convient parfaitement pour une étape ou quelques nuitées. La terrasse de la chambre est de belle taille et est agréable. Le rapport qualité prix est remarquable. Le seul vrai inconfort pour nous est qu’il est autorisé de fumer au salon au bar… mais comme dans beaucoup d’autres hôtels / restaurants et ce y compris en Croatie. Les alentours de l’hôtel ne sont pas très propres et donc peu accueillant mais ce n’est pas de la responsabilité de l’hôtel.
