Staff are very friendly. We loved that they have sauna and offer a variety of massage services. Great place to relax and get ready for a long flight.

Pleasant and quiet hotel near the city center. Friendly staff and offering a small but good breakfast buffet.

Everything was clean and new, with great amenities, loved the bathroom and the utilities

房間乾淨整潔、前台服務很熱情、早餐菜品豐富、酒店位置也不錯、很適合出差旅行入住。下次來伊斯坦堡還會考慮入住。

Mitten in der Nacht wurden von 01:00 - 06:00 Renovierungsarbeiten oberhalb unseres Zimmers durchgeführt. An Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Positiv ist das äußerst freundliche Personal. Das Buffet war sehr umfangreich und hat gut geschmeckt.

Unser erstes Hotel auf der Safari-Rundreise. Das Zimmer war toll, das Essen wirklich sehr sehr gut. Das Personal super nett und immer bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Unsere Lieblingsbedienung war Stella ♥️🥰. Die Umgebung muss man nicht wirklich kennenlernen 🙈.

I have been to Kibo Place Hotel for so many years. The quality of service in the hotel is always amazing and outstanding. It provides the best services and, most importantly, very friendly staff. I have been using the gym, sauna, steam bath, and swimming pool so many times, and it has the best equipment and services. The rooms are very clean, and the conference rooms are really big. It is a hotel to enjoy with your family, friends, and business. The security is really good, and the location of the hotel is convenient.

The Kibo palace hotel is one of the best in Arusha if you are with family and need some comfort.The rooms are spacious and clean.Children friendly as well.The staff at the restaurant are the best.They were very nice to my little daughter.The food served even for room service is super.

We loved our time at Kibo! The staff was amazingly attentive and kind. The location was walkable to a few restaurants, coffee shops, and the main market. The hotel felt very safe and secure for travelers. Bed was very comfortable! Pool was quite cool. Would have enjoyed it alittle bit more if the weather was hotter but it was well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet variety did not fluctuate much but the food was not bad and they had fresh fruit and food daily. The pizza was really good for lunch/dinner! Just a tip - No real shop on site for souvenirs or gifts. Just a jewelry shop.

This hotel is well located and the rooms are rather large and well equipped. Breakfast and wifi are pretty good too. However it is also quite expensive and doesn’t deliver on some aspects. The shower are ridiculously small even though the bathrooms are quite large. The swimming pooI only has 2 loungers so it is difficult to relax there. The worst during our visit was however that some (large) groups of school children were allowed to use the swimming pool and scream in the water spoiling anybody else hope to relax there. This was very surprising, unexpected and certainly very unpleasant. We transmitted our appreciation to the manager through the front desk but didn’t got any feedback.

Good sized rooms with a comfortable bed. Smiling staff happy to help. A swimming pool, well stocked bar and a restaurant with a variety of different cuisines. All the ingredients for a comfortable stay. The hotel is well placed to the centre if Arusha and I would definitely stay here again!
