The location is great, the hotel is new and the room price are great.

The room is good enough for couple. very convenient to lawson just next to hotel . Love the place so quiet and bit far from tourist spot but nice enough to walk too.

Location is not the best but for price point and amenities, great value to stay multiple nights

Located near Shin-Okachimachi Subway Station. It’s quite a walk to Ueno (Ameyoko) and Asakusa, but there are buses you can hop on. Convenience stores and grocery shops are nearby.

Good stuff: - position - cheap - room is big (being in Tokyo) - bed is comfortable  Bad stuff: - not very clean - they just tidy up your room but clean only maybe once a week, and if you’re using glasses nope they just stay as they are - zero noise insulation with other rooms - no keep your luggage for early check in - coin laundry is cheap but because you need more cycles to clean and especially dry properly This is a good hotel for the price and the position, but if you’re looking for something fancy or with any kind of even basic service, forget about it. You get what you pay for. With a small effort this hotel could be just perfect

Good travel easy

It is economic and thus comes only with the fundamentals; however, there was no issue with any of the provided stuff (hair dryer, microwave, air conditioner, etc). The apartment building is small and old, but well kept. You will have to clean after yourself and do your laundry for the sheets, so it is a bit like renting an apartment. The location is unmatched and convenient to get anywhere in Tokyo. The Oedo line gets you to Shinjuku in no time, and the Ginza line in Inaricho is direct to Shibuya. The JR Okachimachi station (Yamanote line) is at walking distance, same with coin laundry stores and cheap eating places like Sukiya. Felt safe leaving my luggage on the room for a 3 day trip to Kyoto, it was just fine.
