Dieses Hotel ist extrem schlecht. Bitte bleiben Sie nicht alle. Der Check-in erfolgt um drei Uhr nachmittags. Die Zimmer sind leer. Alle Vorgänge sind abgeschlossen und die Zimmerkarte wurde geöffnet. Sie müssen bis drei Uhr in der Lobby sitzen 'Uhr. Ich rufe Sie am nächsten Morgen um 10:30 Uhr an. Wenn Sie auschecken, ist das Hotelzimmer so klein. Es gibt keinen Ort, an dem Sie Ihre Füße abstellen können, außer dem Bett. Sie können nur fünf oder sechs Schritte gehen und nein mehr. Die Toilette ist lächerlich klein. Ich bewundere die Japaner dafür, dass sie so einen kleinen Raum schaffen können. Toilette! Es ist sehr deprimierend. Das Design dieses Hotels ist sehr unmenschlich. Es gibt nur einen Aufzug auf mehr als zehn Etagen. Der Aufzug ist klein und bietet nur Platz für etwa 4 Personen. Meine Familie ist sprachlos.

Der Service ist so schlecht, es gibt nicht einmal einen Rollstuhl. Bei früher Anreise kann man erst nach 15 Uhr einchecken.

Das ist das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe, ganz ohne Ausnahme. Wählen Sie niemals eine beliebige Zimmerkategorie. Ich habe wirklich eine Lektion gelernt. Mir wurde der höchste Preis für ein Deluxe-Zimmer gegeben. Weil ich nicht wusste, ob ich ein Etagenbett oder ein Doppelbett für Eltern und Kinder wählen sollte. Als wir im ankamen Hotel, wir bekamen ein Einzelzimmer mit einem Kissen pro Bett. Es gibt ein Einzelbett und das Gepäck kann überhaupt nicht in das Zimmer gestellt werden. Es soll ein Fenster haben, aber wenn man den Vorhang öffnet, ist es eine Wand . Was zum Teufel? Am Ende konnte ich darin wirklich nicht leben und habe 2.000 Yen für ein Upgrade auf ihr luxuriösestes 17-Quadratmeter-Zimmer ausgegeben. Wirklich Betrug! Ich habe doppelt so viel ausgegeben wie andere, habe aber die schlechteste Erfahrung gemacht.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, direkt am U-Bahn-Eingang. Das Personal an der Rezeption hatte eine schlechte Einstellung. Ich fragte nach der Check-out-Zeit und die Antwort war sehr hart, also vergessen Sie es. Danach unterhielt ich mich weiter mit meinem Kollegen auf Japanisch. Ich fand es nicht gut, dem Ton meiner Stimme nach zu urteilen. Reden

Die Toilette im Zimmer war zu klein und es war schwierig, überhaupt zu duschen. Bei der Buchung des Zimmers wurde kein Foto angegeben. Die Informationen waren nicht klar und ich fühlte mich unwohl. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Good location and it is convenient to 東銀座站, and it is 10-15 mins walk to GINZA SIX. Good service provided by staff. Although the room is a bit small, I had a good sleep in the bed. TV is only provided with YouTube, which is ok. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home. For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

Room is small but clean. Location is superb - near to Ginza shopping street (walking distance of 5-10mins). Train station exit is just at door step. Plenty of food choices nearby. Will choose to stay again.

The space was clean with many amenities available. You do not need to bring any bathroom amenities as all is provided. The onsen was also super nice and quiet. Will be good if instruction of how to use the onsen is available at each "station" (e.g. changing room, door, onsen sitting bath etc) as most foreigners are lost when using it for the first time. There were some unpleasant experience when I was there as some did not clean themselevs right before going into the onsen

Location is good near ginza and tokyo station. Nearby Food is good, hygiene need to be improve

Fantastic!! It’s a well-equipped boutique hotel. First, I love it’s welcoming atmosphere and relaxing aroma when you walk into the hotel lobby. You are warmly greeted by their friendly staff. Great location, only minutes away by foot from subway stations, shops and restaurants. They offer amenities including organic Japan made skin care products for their guests, very thoughtful! It’s during winter time when I visited Tokyo, I have tried their onsen, amazing experience! ♥️ thank you!

We felt that this hotel was centrally located in Ginza and we had quick access to a lot of the shopping and attractions nearby either by walking or using the metro. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. The check in was smooth but our room was not available until 4 pm. They do offer luggage storage in the lobby and will deliver luggage to the rooms. The lobby offers a light breakfast (for a fee), a welcome coffee in the morning and they have a spring water fountain that dispenses cold water. There is also a spot in the lobby where you can grab your toiletries for your room or items for the onsen room like the yukata. There is also a pillow selection area and it might be worth getting here promptly because once they're gone they are gone! The rooms were comfy and quiet. We booked a run of the house and although our bag was originally marked to be delivered to a bigger room we got a much more compact one. We didn't mind as we had gambled when we made the choice and saved a bit because we did. The room had a large TV, a small work station and a very small bathroom. The room was still well equipped and we had a kettle, mini fridge, air purifier/humidifier, fabric freshener, spots to hang our clothes and enough room to put our large luggage without it being in the way. The bed was very comfy and we felt we got a good night's rest. The room also had good WiFi and a number of outlets including a few USB plug ins. The room had a tablet which was kind of gimmicky but could control the lights, AC or heat and the TV. There were some videos on demand including some adult content. I spent more time than I felt I should trying to figure out how to screencast and ultimately was not able to. There is an option to select a language on the tablet but some instructions are only in Japanese. We played with the tablet a bit the first night but it wasn't really needed to enjoy the room. We thought it was funny that we only got one long pillow and each day they offered one bottle of water despite the double occupancy.bit is worth while getting the pillow selection and without it we aren't sure how we would have slept. We felt for a hotel that calls itself "premier" the one pillow and one bottle was off. The onsen for men was on the second floor and women were on the third floor. The men require no code but the women's code changes daily and you have to pick up the code from the front desk each day. They have shampoo, conditioner and body/face wash and the onsen is pretty clean but on the smaller side. Each time I went there were 4 men in the soaking bath and that is pretty much the limit. There isn't water in the onsen area but there is a vending machine and water dispenser in the hallway. The women's onsen was not as busy according to my wife but she did note there were guests that weren't aware they should have quiet conversations or none at all. There are lockers provided in the change room and clips to put on your sandals to mark them. There are no towels or wash cloths here though and you have to bring the towels from your room and the cloths can be picked up in the lobby. The laundry area was normally available and they have two washers and two dryers. It takes about half an hour each to wash and dry and they provide laundry detergent. They could use some English signage in the laundry area as it seems some people weren't sure how to use the machines like how to start or that they needed to empty the dryer lint. Each time I used the laundry machine I removed about a quarter inch of lint from the screen which shows that they aren't being properly maintained. The hotel only offers room service to rooms if you put a room service magnet on the door before 11 am. When the magnet is hung it is cleaned well and they replace the towels and bring you your one bottle.
