Die Lage ist sehr gut mit der U-Bahn erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. In der Cafeteria gibt es außerdem unbegrenzt Kaffee und Getränke. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kann Englisch sprechen. Ich habe einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Dies ist das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich je während meiner Reise nach Japan übernachtet habe. Es ist nicht übertrieben, es als dreckig und unordentlich zu bezeichnen. Um es ganz klar auszudrücken: Dieses Hotel ist eine Falle für Ausländer, daher entsprechen die Servicestandards nicht den Anforderungen mit japanischen Standards. Ich bin in Die Lebenshaltungskosten in Osaka und Kyoto sind günstiger und die Wohnumgebung ist 10.000-mal besser. Werfen Sie alle einen Blick auf die Haare der letzten Person auf dem Bett. Der Teppich ist voller Flecken und Müll. Ich rate Ihnen, mehr zu bezahlen. Ich muss Geld ausgeben, um ein anderes Hotel zu finden, die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist zu schlecht!

Kein früher Check-in und Sie müssen bis 15:00 Uhr warten. Nicht freundlich.

Everything is good. Convenient. Close to Kasai Station. 24-hour stores nearby.

Check-In and Service: Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. The concierge was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and offering assistance with transportation. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. I had a stunning view of the city skyline, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries and plush towels. Facilities: The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar, which provided a stunning panoramic view of the city — perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Dining: I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant each morning, and I was impressed with the variety and quality of the food. Fresh fruits, pastries, eggs made to order, and a wide selection of hot dishes were all available. I also had dinner at the restaurant one evening, and the meal was delicious, with impeccable service.

Hotel was clean, well located, had decent english speaking ability, would definitely rebook if im visiting tokyo again.

Easy to reach from Narita with the express bus. Great price and a wonderful stay. 3 minutes to the Kasai Station. Huge room and a wonderful breakfast. Restaurant is opened till 10pm for drinks and can be used to warm up food for meals. Great gathering place for friends and families. Although a little far, I initially book it because it has a direct bus to Disneyland.

very good hotel quite and near subway easy to everywhere in tokyo

Front desk not friendly. Many request cannot be done and not able to give much help. Many time I got answer was 'cannot'. Breakfast is very simple and not so good. 

Very good location specially if going with family to visit Disneyland. Lot of food options and train station is nearby. Room size is very small, we could not open our luggage bags.

Good locations if want to go Disneyland, direct bus to Disney. Near subway, so easy to get around. But to Shinjuku and Shibuya may take 40 mins. Overall not too bad. But they only allow luggage storage for same day. So need to find alternative storage

Good location if heading to Disneyland & Disneysea by bus at just outside the hotel. Free drinks & one hour of alcoholic drinks per day are a very good bargain. Room is a bit small. Shower pressure is good. Beds are comfortable but pillow is too thin.
