Tolles Hotel für Familien, mit voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile! Es ist ein sehr komfortables Badebecken. Die Lage ist nur etwa fünf Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahn-Station „Yushima“ entfernt und auch die Stadt Ameyoko ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist gerade erst eröffnet, die Ausstattung ist sehr neu und das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist wirklich ein tolles Übernachtungserlebnis.

Zuerst war ich sehr gespannt auf die Buchung eines neu eröffneten Hotels. Macht mir große Sorgen. Aber als ich hier ankam und blieb Ich war von allem am Hotel beeindruckt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. (Sie sollten es vermeiden, nachts in die Gasse hinter dem Hotel zu gehen.)

The location is very convenient, there are many railway options, the rooms are comfortable, the equipment is new, and the hygiene is good.

Overall very good. Staff is very friendly. Amenities are well stocked. Luggage handling is very efficient. Spacious for tokyo hotel standard. We stayed at the one facing the city and the bright lights of the hotels nearby is quite glaring. There's some construction going on and we are at the room right next to it so probably hear it more than the rest of the rooms. Location is alright. The nearby parks are nice and the museums are close by. To venture further, Yushima station is the nearest but not one of the main lines running through the tourist attractions. Ueno station is a little further which is not a big issue unless there is heavy rain. Ice machine is available but would be good if there is a water dispenser as well.

Pros: - spacious room (compared to other Tokyo hotels) with all amenities you need like kitchenwares, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and even a washing machine. Perfect for guests who wish to stay long - location not too bad, with lots of restaurant within few mins walk. Around 8-10mins walk to nearby JR & subway station - Self-check in and out process are smooth & quick - Very nice view facing the Ueno Park Cons: - almost no hook in the bathroom and sleeping area, no place to hang up used towels & clothes - Area for hanging clothes are quite narrow for large families

hotel nearly opened in March 2024. not much comments for reference. Turned out it didn't disappointed us. overall very pleasant stay and experience. public bath is nice given in the city centre of tokyo. highly recommended.

This is brand new hotel less than 1 month. Thought to put in my experience as guide. My booking was for Japanese twin room and we were surprised that we have to set up our own bedding. I mean truly putting in all the linens on mattress and duvet cover yourself. Oh man we had a laugh struggling for good 20minutes at night after a 10hrs flight (hotel staff is fixed we have to do it ourselves). Please be careful when booking type of room. I came during cherry blossom early week so price is horrendous S$330/night for this type room. I think price is more reasonable at other time. No room cleaning service in my 2 nights, probably there will be if staying longer. Toothbrush will not be replenished so get own toothpaste. Pro: Really new hotel, clean and big waiting lounge. Love the separate good sized toilet and bathroom with bathtub. Onsen bath is welcome respite at night albeit small, washing machine is 500Yen/wash, diverse reception crews so do not need to worry abt communication, English, Indonesian, Chinese.... All staffs are helpful, Ella also goes extra explaining places to eat, connecting me to another colleague in booking cab to Haneda airport (just so u know on certain peak hours, we cannot make taxi reservation through Go app. Taxis still can come in / street flagged though). Lastly, LOCATION is excellent if visiting Ueno park. Just across the street. MRT is a good 10mins walk to Okamachi station. Lots of street food 6 mins walk to the Ameyoko side and cheap shows/shopping. But the alley behind hotel are night clubs rows so avoid walking there if can help it. Walk by the main road across the park instead though I saw many families staying in the hotel seemed fine and nonchalant abt the crowds. WIll I stay again? Probably not but it's just different preference. I can see the hotel plus for the location, food, park and new hotel.

Words are limited to me to tell how amazing this newly built hotel is in Ueno. I am sure it must be the cream among all choices in Ueno. Adjacent to a fabulous lotus seed pond, the hotel is well-located near the train station but still enjoys a peace of quietness. Behind it, you can find thousands of eateries providing you a wide variety of savoury food. You will never get tired of munching Japanese snacks and many signature dishes. Back to the features of the hotel, you are immersed with excellent service and very quality hotel supplies . Finally, I do want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the senior manager, Mr 田口雄一. I was in a big trouble on my last day. Fortunately, he could trouble shot my case with exceptional effectiveness. It is really a hotel you can’t miss while visiting Japan.

This is a new hotel with new facilities & amenities. It has public bath which is quite rare amongst the Tokyo hotels. It has Japanese style and western style bedroom for selection. As a whole, it is great which I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Comfortable stay with family. Coin laundry is convenient for family. Public bath is good but some hotel guests did not follow the rules that they brought their mobile phones into the ***** bath area which we felt unsafe. I think the hotel staff should inform the hotel guests the rules of using public bath when check-in.

Spacious and with a good view of the park. Convenient with lots of choices of restaurants nearby. Kitchen with utensils can facilitate sharing of fruits and desserts bought from supermarkets and convenience stores.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel. Very convenient location, close to the main Ueno station (we took the Keisei Skyliner from Narita) and a few local stations which makes getting around very easy. Quiet location with a lovely view of Ueno park but only a street away from plenty of restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the luggage transfer service at the front desk during our stay, all very simple and easy to do. The room was spotless, beds were comfortable. The kitchenette with a fridge freezer was useful for keeping our snacks and drinks cold or reheating food if we needed to. I would recommend this hotel for families, the room was spacious with plenty of space for suitcases. The hotel onsen was also great to visit.
